We love that it is so customizable. Dayforce also implements a lot of enhancements and features from user suggestions. We find their support to be awesome, we email in the question/issue and the support team is able to assign it to the right person and get back to us in a timely manner. That it is so customizable? We either need to pay for customization or have a designated person in house to know the system in and out and be able to make improvements when needed. The general concept is intuitive, and things generally make sense. Adding/editing shifts is straightforward, and functions like holiday pay or vacation time are easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is clunky. Editing multiple entries is a struggle against the UI, and making/saving changes is a fairly slow process. The Silverlight dependency is also a problem, and causes frequent crashes. Basing the web software on an obsolete coding language was not a good choice.

The electronic nature of the product adds to the ease. The mobile app is great but I wish it had more functionality. I do like the idea of going paperless and Dayforce helps out immensely, and the approvals are easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Implementation was a nightmare and even after 14 pay periods, it is still not set up properly. I also don't like that we can't call with questions, we have to submit tickets, which, in my experience, often gets misunderstood.
