Having all things employee related in one virtual location makes all processes streamlined. It's helpful to be able to access HR record info, performance review information, demographics, and employment and rate progression information (and more) all in one easily maneuverable place. Recruiting is growing but not at the pace my team needs today. Requisition management is solid, but leveraging you active talent database is a challenge. Lots of missed opportunity on the communications side of recruiting. Onboarding is minimum but growing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a great integrity of the data. It is a good management system for human resources and equipment within the company. Manages the different files within a database, which increases the ease of managing documents, reports and internal teams from different areas of the company.
The configuration is quite flexible, it can be customized and it also has a well-cut design, which is useful so that any change you make within the system is presented with an attractive visual design for users.
Regarding the presentation of the scoring systems and the members of the teams are well defined and this seems to me key, since it is necessary that there is a distinction between each member and the contribution made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you make internal changes in the implementation of the equipment this may delay your work a little. You have to develop and configure the system well so that any internal changes within the teams can be made without losing resources and time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love your time management, since we only use Ceridian Dayforce, previously we lost a lot of time because we used many tools simultaneously, so doing a task was tedious and consumed much more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The implementation is usually somewhat tedious, they could improve the communication about the details of all the requirements for a faster implementation. In this way everything would have been more agile for us and much faster the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of different modules in Dayforce (which is great) - but it is a “release now, perfect later” mentality. So there are new modules to use, but you likely won’t want to use them right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
