Recruiting is growing but not at the pace my team needs today. Requisition management is solid, but leveraging you active talent database is a challenge. It has a great integrity of the data. It is a good management system for human resources and equipment within the company. Manages the different files within a database, which increases the ease of managing documents, reports and internal teams from different areas of the company.
