What do you like best about Dayforce?

We are able to see our employee's timesheets automatically Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dayforce?

Because we do not use their full HCM product, it is challenging to add different time away from work programs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company used to use excel spreadsheets to track employee time, manually. Now their time is tracked using WFM, works great. No more manually entering to employee's time into our payroll system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of navigation throughout the system. Payroll, Benefits, Performance Reviews, etc. are all located in one system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support. People are so nice, but knowledge seem not very deep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:

I would recommend DF to everyone, but tell them to hire a consultant. I think our implementation would have been so much better if we had someone who knew DF and us better. I didn't know what I didn't know and the DF team didn't take enough time to get to know my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dayforce?

It's very user friendly and integrates with Ceridian Powerpay. You can create schedules and track work hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dayforce?

The tool doesn't allow for tracking anything other than the schedules and work hours. You cannot track if employees are working specific tasks during their work day, if those tasks link to a premium or different rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Dayforce:

Use this if you have very straightforward scheduling and time and attendance tracking needs. Cannot handle complexities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

WFM has solved the issue of missing paper vacation/sick time request as it is done right in Dayforce feeding to the employee's timesheets. The transparency that employee's can review their timesheets at any given point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
