What do you like best about D·engage?

Dengage allows us to do many campaigns and segmentations in a easy way. Besides that, it has a good customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D·engage?

The analytics module. Dengage doesn't allow us to see the evolotuion of some KPIs, like CTR ratio, open ratio, unsubscribe ratio and others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is D·engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dengage is helping us to do a great job with our CRM strategy, allowing us to send one time or automated marketing campaigns with a good level of personalization and allowing us to segment our customers base per behavior, transactional data and other ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about D·engage?

It's been quite insightful for me to use the features available on D-engage; I'm able to see real-time results while exploring the technical aspect of it as well as experimenting with creativity, so it's a fun learning process for me as I use it quite often. We can create a lot of dynamic contents and provide it to our costumers through e-mail and push notifications. We realized that it was a game changer and we think D'Engage helped us a lot with that. What do you like best about D·engage?

Intuitive platform with good options for planning CRM actions related to email campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Slow processing of created segments and some minor bugs that take a long time to be fixed. Additionally, the reporting section doesn’t provide many insights at first. We need to export the data and perform our own analyses, create custom charts, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
