What do you like best about D·engage?

For me, the most powerful aspect of D·engage is its Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities and real-time personalization features. It's fantastic how it consolidates scattered data into one place to build meaningful profiles and creates dynamic segments based on instant user behavior. What do you dislike about D·engage?

If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the flexibility of advanced reporting and custom dashboards. While the standard reports provide a solid overview of campaign performance, the built-in dashboards can sometimes feel a bit rigid when we want to dig into highly specific, cross-channel metrics. What do you like best about D·engage?

We are now using the whats app feature set and it's been a huge value add. Actually , this feature was not just a marketing addition for us, we have a service based solely on this feature set. Basically Dengage is not just helping us with our marketing efforts, they are helping us, reshape our business as well. Now that's what I call a strategic business partner. What do you dislike about D·engage?

Dengage is a pool of very valuable features. The more I learn about the tool the more I can transform my offerings. Maybe they can educate us better about these features. What do you like best about D·engage?

What I like most about D·engage is how easy it is to create and manage transactional email templates, even without any coding knowledge. The platform provides a very intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes the whole process smooth and efficient.

Their local team presence was very helpful and frequently visited in order to align our strategies to achieve our business goals.

I like the easy segmentation and managing our data with the connection to BigQuery. As an e-commerce company, we can set our campaigns on a daily basis, and segment them through customer behaviors and events. The BigQuery connection gives us the freedom to shape our campaign segments. What do you like best about D·engage?

The software is very simple to use, and the integration process is quick and easy. They also help you through every step of the way. I use D·engage for email marketing processes in our NGO, and I really appreciate its user-friendly interface. It makes managing emails and SMS effortless without any training, thanks to the clean dashboard. I also value the fast responses from the technical support team, which ensures our urgent donation calls are handled promptly. The platform effectively solves the problem of communication clutter by allowing us to manage both SMS and email channels from a single platform.
