What do you like best about D·engage?

It's really easy to use. The platform is very intuitive and in just a few weeks you'll be able to create your own communications strategy from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D·engage?

The reporting options available on the platform are of little or no help in managing and adjusting the CRM strategy, they are very shallow and there is little or no choice of really effective filters and graphs.

The platform presents bugs with a given frequency and new features of the platform are rarely informed in advance, so that we can anticipate any adjustments to the strategy for sending communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had a fantastic experience using d.engage as our CRM platform for emails and web push notifications. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to create and manage email and push notification flows. Tracking results and analyzing data is also straightforward, allowing us to optimize our campaigns efficiently.

One of the standout features is how smoothly we can manage our data and create detailed customer segments. This has significantly improved our targeting efforts. On top of that, the support team is always responsive and highly efficient, resolving any issues quickly and providing guidance when needed. What do you like best about D·engage?

What I appreciate most about Dengage is how well the platform handles large volumes of data being exported and imported. The export process is quite fast, allowing us to move a substantial amount of information in a timely manner. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, is Dengage’s technical team. They are outstanding professionals with deep knowledge of the platform. They are experts who not only provide flexibility and customization in delivering business solutions but are also readily available to develop and offer creative solutions to our problems, no matter how unique they may be Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D·engage?

What I like least about Dengage is the availability for some core functionalities. There have been instances where we encountered issues with campaigns, but the notifications we receive about the problem are not detailed enough. This slows down our ability to identify and resolve issues, even when they are not caused by the platform itself but perhaps by our own misuse. The problems that Dengage solves for us are primarily related to managing a unified customer view across the channels we use for CRM. With Dengage, I can engage a customer across all the channels that I use in our company currently. This allows me to access the engagement log history for each channel, helping me make better decisions on how to activate the customer. Dengage also has a 'Splits Condition' feature within the platform, which enables scalability.
