We've had a fantastic experience using d.engage as our CRM platform for emails and web push notifications. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to create and manage email and push notification flows. One of the standout features is how smoothly we can manage our data and create detailed customer segments. This has significantly improved our targeting efforts. What I appreciate most about Dengage is how well the platform handles large volumes of data being exported and imported. The export process is quite fast, allowing us to move a substantial amount of information in a timely manner. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, is Dengage’s technical team. They are outstanding professionals with deep knowledge of the platform. They are experts who not only provide flexibility and customization in delivering business solutions but are also readily available to develop and offer creative solutions to our problems, no matter how unique they may be Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like least about Dengage is the availability for some core functionalities. There have been instances where we encountered issues with campaigns, but the notifications we receive about the problem are not detailed enough. This slows down our ability to identify and resolve issues, even when they are not caused by the platform itself but perhaps by our own misuse. D-Engage is a great email, SMS, and push notifications tool. It’s easy to use, and we can segment our users and run A/B tests with no issues.
