The most helpful thing about Arcoro is staying in compliance with DOT and federal regulations. Without this service many companies would/could be in jeopardy of fines and scrambling to meet the current standards. The only complaint I have is the fact that they have very diffucult to contact when you need to ask a question or have a complaint. I am not sure if they are not in an office and working from home but it can very frustrating getting a question answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to keep track of job sites on a daily bases down to the minute. Collecting time, reviewing time punches and the variety of reports make it a great system for construction. I have had an amazing experience with ARCORO since I started using it for the business. It has helped me streamline my processes and become more efficient. The customer service is very poor. It can take weeks to get a resolution to an issue. The system does not integrate within it's different modules very well. They don't flow or speak to each other efficiently. The reporting features are also lacking. For an HCM software it cannot do basic reports like retention/turnover reports.
