The system allows you track candidates through their ATS system and the process is integrated into their HR data so that you can hire candidates and carry their information into the next portion of the system. Some of the system's processes are not intuitive. The system is complex. You need to understand that everything you do has a work flow and the system will not tell you what button to push next or where to set up those workflows. So if you didn't set up a workflow you might not be able to complete certain actions. For example requisition approval to post new job openings.
