The functionality I saw (and our leadership saw) during the sales demos is exactly what we received at Go Live. The tool itself looks easy to use and actually is easy to use. We are able to quickly search for active contracts, not only in the Gatekeeper record, but also in the contract PDF itself. Gatekeeper est un outil très facile à utiliser qui nécessite très peu de configuration initiale. C'est un produit à faible code qui a permis à quelqu'un comme moi, sans réelle expérience, de configurer notre système et de nous mettre en service très rapidement. L'utilisation de l'outil a aidé à augmenter considérablement notre maturité et notre compréhension de nos fournisseurs et des contrats de fournisseurs, et de nouvelles fonctionnalités sont en cours de développement et ont été déployées, ce qui aide à avoir un guichet unique pour tout ce qui concerne les fournisseurs. Parfois, il y a eu des zones plus petites telles que des corrections mineures qui améliorent la fonctionnalité mais qui ont pris du temps à mettre en œuvre. Il y a une section de retour des utilisateurs, mais certains éléments plus petits semblent être des gains évidents (les administrateurs pouvant supprimer des enregistrements, comment déclencher un renouvellement et maintenir les informations existantes, sélectionner le propriétaire du contrat à travers le flux de travail, etc.) qui devraient être considérés séparément. Gatekeeper has been a lifesaver for our company. We’ve used them for over three years, and the service and functionality have been exceptional.
Gatekeeper system - we doubled the number of monthly contracts executed even with a smaller team managing it. The workflow transitions and features are easy to configure, and the automation streamlines the entire process for our internal owners and legal team. Exporting the data and the ability to upload changes in bulk when needed is beneficial. Gatekeeper has reduced internal emails, significantly increased efficiency, and is a contract repository across the company and departments.
Gatekeeper service - you cannot beat Gatekeeper’s responsive and helpful team members. We enjoy working directly with Melanie M. as our Customer Success Manager. She is absolutely the BEST – it is easy to book meetings with her, and she always follows up to ensure we have what we need (and sends short videos to help answer our questions). We also work with Mark P. as our Account Executive, and he is fantastic to work with. Gatekeeper does not nickel and dime customers like other vendors. No complaints. Gatekeeper continues to roll out system enhancements, so any improvements we initially requested have been implemented (like the Admin control features, DocuSign integrations, etc.). Customability for example: ability to amend each workflow phase to have different notifications, slas ect
Ability to automate example: automatic links sent, logic to bring in different approvers based on custom data, ability to change status' between phases
Customer support: the CSM team are available whenever needed and deal with escalations and issues in a timely manner

Reporting feature is very basic, we will have to integrate with another tool to pull data from Gatekeeper. This could be fixed by using a dashboard
Unable to duplicate phases, we have multiple workflows with similar phases. All logic has to be done manually multiple times which is time consuming and allows higher chance of human error
Unable to store documents via the tool, we have lots of training material we have created which we need to store locally rather than the ability to store in the tool
Unable to add multiple vendor emails to one card.
User configuration is very complicated, all user configuration is solely based on contracts so if a vendor does not have a contract users do not have access to add comments.
Data importing can be complicated and difficult for companies that do not use google as their platform. For example, we complete data entry in excel then have to copy and paste into a google sheet to re-download and upload again Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
