Having used Culture Amp for mid year appraisals and reviews, I find it a very useful online tool to do annual and mid year reviews on objectives and plans for the coming year. It is easy to complete the forms, and set out objectives, plus my manager can read and acknowledge my efforts and respond accordingly. The breadth of features makes it a great centralised tool for setting goals, providing feedback, and performance monitoring.
