What do you like best about WebEngage?

The way to create segments is straightforward, in the case of sending out personalised campaigns to the users via different mediums, creating segments is very easy and also these segments keep on updating real time hence it saves time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebEngage?

Though creating on-site and web-push notifications is quite similar, the ui and user flow are very different. The former one is more difficult to follow, which thus increases the product learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WebEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to create very diverse and personalised segments to send out communication message through different channels with various other parameters like different timelines etc and here webengage helps in creating the segments which gets updated in real time very fast, also the test campaign feature is another great thing, before rolling out to the entire users it's best to test it internally and webengage allows to do so which I feel is another great feature of the platform. What do you like best about WebEngage?

The tool interface is user-friendly, making it simple to use. The Analytics & Funnel section and dashboards can aid in the efficient analysis of customer data as well as the development of an effective customer retention segmentation plan. The application of AI in the segmentation phase to create predictive segmentation results in a high conversion rate. What do you like best about WebEngage?

We are able to track the actual journey of our users, including what they do and where they spend most of their time, such as on the Product page, Collection page, or Offer page. It is also really helpful for us to create user journeys and segments, allowing us to easily extract the required cohorts from Webengage. Additionally, we can easily retarget our users, setting up journey channels like SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and APN. What do you like best about WebEngage?

The best part that I like about WebEngage is their support. They are so good at support that they have a huge separate team when it comes to support, recently we had a few problems where their support team helped us so well. This tool is the best for marketing automation as it's easy to use and has lots of options to get insights, For us, it provides every basic detail we want to know about our users. when it comes to integration it is so easy to integrate with the other tools which helps our business very well. So recently we had to insert some things where we wanted webengage help, so they helped us very quickly and implemented the sections we wanted for our business. we use webengage daily as it provides the complete movement of our users where our work becomes easy. What do you dislike about WebEngage?

When the tool itself offers this much pretty good options, there are so dislike such, but one thing about dislike is their analytics part, so it's like a old fashioned dashboard for analytics, so recently they have understood and worked on it and from Feb 12th onwards they have implemented also, so its much better now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WebEngage?

What I love most about WebEngage is how it simplifies our complex marketing needs with its intuitive journey designer - I can build multi-channel campaigns without bothering our tech team! The segmentation is incredibly powerful, letting me target specific customer groups based on their actual behaviors rather than just basic demographics. Their personalization features have transformed our messaging. The analytics dashboard gives me all the insights I need at a glance, making reporting to leadership a breeze. And I can't praise their support team enough - whenever I've hit a roadblock, they've responded quickly with practical solutions rather than generic troubleshooting. What do you dislike about WebEngage?

While WebEngage is excellent overall, there are a few areas for improvement. The reporting interface, though data-rich, can feel cluttered at times, making it challenging to quickly find specific metrics when I'm in a hurry. What do you like best about WebEngage?

What I like the most about Webengage is that I can easily create customer journeys.Optimizing journeys in Webengage is not even very easy but also is very effective. We have increased our conversions by using Webengage up to 30%.

What do you like best about WebEngage?

We frequently use WebEngage and it works best for Marketing Automation and Customer Engagement, It's easy to learn and use, setting up Push Notifications, Journeys, Creating Segments is quite fast and it helps to automate most of the stuf. What I dislike about the Product is that it should have some features for free or atleast the part of the basic plan like Intelligent Sending, RCS, In-Line Content. We primarily use WebEngage for Growth, be it Activation or Retention. We use it as a CDP, Omnichannel Campaign Management, Creating Automated Journeys, Sending Daily Push Campaigns and Analytics.
