The best part that I like about WebEngage is their support. They are so good at support that they have a huge separate team when it comes to support, recently we had a few problems where their support team helped us so well. This tool is the best for marketing automation as it's easy to use and has lots of options to get insights, For us, it provides every basic detail we want to know about our users. when it comes to integration it is so easy to integrate with the other tools which helps our business very well. So recently we had to insert some things where we wanted webengage help, so they helped us very quickly and implemented the sections we wanted for our business. we use webengage daily as it provides the complete movement of our users where our work becomes easy. When the tool itself offers this much pretty good options, there are so dislike such, but one thing about dislike is their analytics part, so it's like a old fashioned dashboard for analytics, so recently they have understood and worked on it and from Feb 12th onwards they have implemented also, so its much better now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most about Webengage is that I can easily create customer journeys.Optimizing journeys in Webengage is not even very easy but also is very effective. We have increased our conversions by using Webengage up to 30%.

We frequently use WebEngage and it works best for Marketing Automation and Customer Engagement, It's easy to learn and use, setting up Push Notifications, Journeys, Creating Segments is quite fast and it helps to automate most of the stuf. What I dislike about the Product is that it should have some features for free or atleast the part of the basic plan like Intelligent Sending, RCS, In-Line Content. Also WebEngage is best suited for Marketing Automation but not for Customer Analytics. I wish to see it become more powerful in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WebEngage is the powerful tool for our company, as its allowing us to manage the events logging, tracking and the personalized push notifications (all in one platform). It also helps us to find and track the drop-offs by providing the multiple features.
1. We have the wenEngage integrated on the both our app and web platforms, when comes to the process of the integration, it hardly takes the 10 mins for both.
2. the platform's push notification flow allows us to send the both real-time and the delayed notification, with multiple features and high degree of the customizations.
3.We can use this to manage and run the ads without any other tool.
4. The most intersting part is, we can track the pattern of the users, so that we can solve the issue which is causing the drop towards the funnle.
Overall, all things are very good and simple so that anyone who is beginner or expert in marketing and data management can use this to upgrade the management and the solutions.
:The implementation process is straightforward. When I initially worked on the web version, it was remarkably simple—it took only about 5 minutes to go from setting it up to sending the first event and testing the push notification.
:I once encountered a CORS issue while adding an attribute to the user profile. I raised a ticket, and the customer support team resolved it the same day with detailed explaination of the issue and why its causing.

WebEbgage is a great tool for the automation on client engagement and conversion. Built-in AI features are work really well and accurate too. The best part is creating a client Journey is very simple and easy and all channels of communication are available with N numbers of combination. The onboarding team team is really helpful. Not Dislike but yes some suggestion.
1. Can reduce the AI analyzing time for new users' behavior under the Journey section which is approx 1 month currently.
2. Can figure out the solution for the Best channel for communication for new users.
3. Can Improve support TAT for the queries received on the Webengage portal.
4. Commercials may sound high for small businesses. Webengange can provide discounted rates for a year or half year for small enterprises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about WebEngage is its quick report generation. Generating a report takes no more than five minutes, which is extremely useful.
The best channel option for reachability is very useful in a journey. We can easily identify which channel will work best for a certain segment.
The integration and implementation are easy to use without coding for all channels.
As all the channels are integrated here at WebEngage and its omnichannel, it is to set up and track all the campaigns in one place.
Most of the time, the customer support team is quick to respond and very helpful.
The day-wise, week-wise, and month-wise campaign tracking feature is very interesting and helpful for understanding and analyzing campaign data easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no option to set a specific target limit in one-time campaigns, which would help restrict the number of messages sent through a certain campaign. This feature can be added.

The best thing about WebEngage is the user interface which makes it very easy for the user to implement the campaign.
WebEngage is full of features that improve customer experience and increase the frequency of usage of our campaign which helps us to reach our users on time.
We can schedule N numbers of campaigns and no campaign gets hampered, and neither does any campaign impact any other campaign.
The customer support system of Webengage is also good which is always there to help us in resolving any issue that occurs during the execution of any campaign on Webengage.

Dashboard is itself very helpful. it is very adaptive. You can integrate it with your software easily within a few steps. Also, it is very easy to use the software. You can use it as a single platform to send all your emails, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Web Push, Onsite campaigns, etc. Segmentation is also very easy, you can create multiple segments & use them in your campaigns. There is one feature called journey, if you use it, you will love it. we use it very frequently. You can also download the reports easily to see the performance.
