Customer service has been a huge frustration for us. It often takes weeks to get a response, and many times the response does not include a recommendation for the problem. PTO has been a huge issue. I dislike that Ultipro makes it very difficult to find the information you are looking for. The way they have designed the software is not user friendly and ultimately creates frustration when using their application. An example would be when trying to submit a PTO request. There are a couple of different ways and none of them are logical. Also, the way they display number of PTO days is confusing and listed by hours only and won't show how much you will have for the year total. It would make sense to show the time in days first then hours a secondary view. They also HTML linked text most of the time instead of a graphical button which increases the frustration when something doesn't look obviously clickable. Ultipro also limits the number of characters when inputting fields like an employees job title. Since titles can get long they then have to be abbreviated which makes it even harder to figure out someone's actual when you need to look it up. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
