Os relatórios de folha de pagamento não estão completamente integrados na plataforma principal. A folha de pagamento é limitada, quanto mais complicado o negócio, mais difícil é executar a folha de pagamento. O autoatendimento para opções simples não está incluído, ter que ligar para o suporte ao cliente para opções simples consome tempo, por exemplo, ter "atribuição automática" de números de funcionários, adicionar opções de "pagamento extra". A folha de pagamento não lida com múltiplas taxas de pagamento, taxa de pagamento de férias ou pro-rata. A contratação a partir do módulo de contratação não integra no perfil de pagamento dos novos funcionários o que foi oferecido na "Carta de Oferta". This has been a great product to do payroll and other HR business with. Very user friendly and easy to get help from customer service when questions come up with changes to my business. No real downsides but I do wish that they would include notes field box in the "extra pay" area of bamboo so that when I add a non taxable reimbursement to an employee I could go back to see what a non taxable reimbursement was for or include a GL code or something that would help me distinguish individual nontaxable reimbursements easier. Sinto que o BambooHR precisa de alguém trabalhando em RH para testar a plataforma, há algumas funcionalidades que simplesmente não funcionam, como tive problema por meses com assinatura eletrônica, uma variedade de problemas e ainda não é útil porque, mesmo após a resolução deles, porque a ideia seria usar a assinatura eletrônica para nossas ofertas, mas o candidato/novo funcionário só poderia assiná-la após terminar todo o processo de integração no sistema e se tornar um funcionário na plataforma. Além disso, é muito difícil configurar os campos de assinatura eletrônica, se você quiser fazer isso para um formulário com muitos campos, leva muitas horas, enquanto se você fizesse com o Docusign seria muito mais rápido por causa da mobilidade. O suporte também é bom, mas eu gostava quando tínhamos o suporte via chat. Além disso, uma sugestão seria a possibilidade de criar os textos na assinatura eletrônica ajustando com os modelos. BabmooHR does not support a Guarateed Payment for a business owner who would typically receive a K1 instead of a W2 during tax season. We were told prior to implementation that a Guaranteed Payment was supported, but come to find out after wages were taxed sometimes and not all and after months of trying to get it all reversed, we decided to remove our OWNER of our business from BambooHR payroll. This reflected onto myself, as I was the one to make this decision. The payroll team always lead us to believe they understaood exactly what a Guaranteed Payment was, but they did not...but they may know now. This platform still does not support this type of pay. I love how this platform is so user friendly, from employees to account admin. Our staff can range in tech literacy, however even the most basic mobile users are navigating the BambooHR app seamlessly with time off requests and timesheets. Previous systems we have used require a heavy coading approach from account admin, however Bamboo does that all in the background for you. Every day, any time, i am able to just click a button with my command and it produces a perfect report or function such as email reminders and signature requests. It is also great how it has the electronic signature feature, this has enabled out company to move forward in the tech space by having everything digital, no more printing employment contracts!! The only real vice is that it caters much more to the American market. However, having said that, the customer service is still very reliable and quite fast considering the time difference, and they are always suggesting imporvements or linked services that can cater to our Australian needs.
