What do you like best about Zingtree?

I'm able to use an iFrame to embed zingtree in another tool, and pipe in all the variables I need. I love that I can create flexible, internal logic in Zingtree to make some really nuanced decisions without writing any code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zingtree?

The loading time in the editor can take a while if you've gotten to a "larger" size tree. The end user experience is still quick, so no issues there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zingtree?

Zingtree is very easy to use and implement, and the updates to the user interface in mid-2022 made scriptwriting much easier. Their support team is excellent and quick to respond. What do you like best about Zingtree?

Efficiency, it helps the agents get through calls quickly; therefore the call becomes more efficient which ultimately leads to a fantastic patient experience. I definitely reccomend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
