
I love how Zingtree takes all of the guesswork out of the equation for an agent using this platform for scripting while taking calls, and qualifying callers. This dynamic scripting tool will allow you to put all qualifying factors into a tree, and depending on what answer the agent selects, the script will determine what page they see next, whether it's another qualifying question, an ending to the call, or a transfer. You could also integrate your dialer so that when you reach a certain page in the script, the script will transfer the call. I also love the reporting features that Zingtree offers, they allow you to track everything an agent clicked on, and what they saw, on every call they took. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only disadvantage about Zingtree is there seems to always be a delay waiting for the script to pop up at the beginning of calls. This lag makes it a little awkward for new users to start the introduction of their calls. The other disadvantage is that if you rely on Zingtree for scripting, qualifying, and transferring calls, you will be temporarily out of business if and when the server goes down and there are any tech issues.
