What do you like best about Zingtree?

I love that Zingtree really listens to its customers. They continually ask for feedback and truly listen. As I have been involved with different beta programs or feedback sessions, many suggestions have been implemented far quicker than I would have ever expected. What do you dislike about Zingtree?

I have run into a very small number of issues after updates to the UI. But their support team has been incredibly quick and receptive to resolving the issue and exceeding my expectations with their support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our product is highly technical. With an entry-level position for our support staff, it has been a constant struggle to find ways to provide the help they need to understand and resolve an issue our members experience. Zingtree has been a very effective solution. We can take the knowledge from training as well as continual feedback from our product quality team to provide quick up to date diagnostics to our front-end. I have been using Zingtree for a while now, and I am thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. What I like best about Zingtree is its ability to create interactive decision trees and flowcharts with ease. The platform offers a user-friendly interface that makes the process of building these decision trees a breeze.

Zingtree has proven to be an invaluable tool for our customer support team. "Intuitive and Time-Saving Process Tool"

What do you like best about Zingtree?

I find Zingtree to be a great tool for our website, helping walk our users through complex business processes. It's very easy to use, and the user interface is intuitive, making it simple to adjust existing trees. I really appreciate how easy it is to embed Zingtree or send links to the trees, which really suits our process. Managing and updating decision trees became super straightforward with Zingtree, and onboarding was incredibly easy. "Streamlined Patient Scheduling with Thoughtful Scripting"

What do you like best about Zingtree?

I really like the scripting in Zingtree. I appreciate the empathy used in the scripting, which enhances my experience by keeping the call on track and helping me focus on what I should be asking the patient. It's just a great program. What do you dislike about Zingtree?

What do you dislike about Zingtree?

Logic capabilities need mass improvement. If you are doing basic walk through that do not require a lot of logic. It is a great application. If you need to start adding decisions based on math or other logic, it cannot handle it was well as one may need. It is a great application for what it does. Just not one that will work for everyone. What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?

They seem to always be improving and upgrading their systems often adding more features and making it easier to use. It makes it easier to design more robust front and backends. The feedback on new rollouts I make from the tools they give me are always getting better as both Zingtree and myself are improving. It has allowed us to standardize both agents abilities to work with customers and send information to them as well as increased the productivity and efficiency. It has increased first call resolution and decreased the average handling times of our agents a significant amount. It also allows us to set up easy methods for contractors and customers to troubleshoot most things before contacting our agents to help also reduce handling times. What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?

We first used Zingtree to help our hiring managers choose the right offer letter for a candidate - they select variables like "new or returning" "11 month or school year employee," "exempt or non," tenure, reduced hours, and a few other factors. This solved the problem of staff getting the wrong version of our offer letter . Next, we used it to help our operations team choose the right type of leave an employee needs. So they answer questions like "new child, injury/illness, military, personal" and then "injury/illness that happened at work or outside of work" etc. This solves the problem of employees being offered the wrong type of leave. We've even used it for fun "quizzes" related to our wellbeing program! Honestly the uses are endless. They save a lot of brainspace too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for the review! We love hearing that the “no code” part is working for you.

We’re actively working on improving the reporting section. For now, the fastest way to track down a specific session is usually Session Troubleshooting or the Session List report. And if you’re trying to find “the session where X happened,” the Form Data Report is handy since you can filter by a variable and pull up the session from there.

On the multi-select request: today, the closest workaround is copying from a node, where you can choose to copy just that node or copy the full downstream branch from that point into another tree. If you tell us a bit about what you’re trying to move, our team can suggest the fastest way to do it and log the ask with product.
