I've been using Zingtree for managing various processes, and I must say, it has been a game-changer. The tool's ease of use is one of its standout features. It's incredibly intuitive, making it easy to navigate and create decision trees and workflows without any steep learning curve. One area where Zingtree falls short for me is in its integrations. Specifically, the lack of integration with Intercom is a significant downside. If Zingtree offered this, it would make the tool even more powerful and push my rating to a perfect 10. Despite this, it's still a fantastic tool that has added a lot of value to our operations.
