ZingTree has allowed us to offer Knowledge resources for our Customer Service team that are years ahead of our previously used software. Being able to tailor content in the form of process flow decision trees, internal knowledge articles, or even external self-service resources to deflect contacts has given us the flexibility to continue growing in efficiency gains even now after 3 years of using their product. The software has paid for itself many times over with the reduction in AHT that we have experienced, and their support staff is amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only limitation we've run into thus far with the software is in using it for multiple markets that might share content, and locking down which content displays based on market location.
