Reporting continues to be an area of opportunity for us as as we work towards improving our adoption rates. A lof of our reporting asks are down the pipeline so these dislikes hopefully should be obselete in the near future. ZT allows me to make process-flows easily. We use them for step-by-step education and guidance in our organization. It is an excellent resource for agents!
