I've been using Zingtree for a few years now and the new interface has changed the game!

Zingtree is an extremely flexible platform that allows me to spin up logic trees for things like agent training, user onboarding, and data collection in ways that are as simple and straightforward or nuanced and complex as I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When passing variable values into Zingtree from another system (ex: sending user data into the decision tree to power logic), you cannot select the type of variable used in Zingtree. (ex: I pass a string consisting only of numbers into Zingtree & Zingtree interprets as a number). It is a very small detail and definitely one I can work around. I like that this website allows for a forum where scripts can be stored. I also like that there is the ability to edit the scripts, upload them to a tree, and branch out all of the scripts from one central hub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of things I do not like on the app. The app does not allow for thorough understanding. The people who work for the company do not reach out to ensure you know how to operate the system. There is no communication from their team to ours. I also do not like that the scripts are extremely difficult to upload. When uploaded, you cannot see the actual nodes of the tree. You have to click the trick then the node to access the script. The nodes also do not always save properly, and almost always repopulate into a different format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software provides great support to customer. It gives correct decision, consistence client experience. greatly reduce on long time. I like the easy set up of new trees. it is also easy to find out how to use this system. It is great technical support and professional application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not easy to navigate. The virtual design is also very difficult. it is not easy to understand. many time it does not give correct report. sometimes training is not easy. time out is very fast sometimes I lost my changed tree which is very frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
