What do you like best about Zingtree?

What i like is that we can go ahead and have everything very specific regarding any issue the consumer may have, and it does specify exactly the step we can take and follow regarding the consumer's issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zingtree?

Sometimes it is a little slow. It gets laggy. Sometimes the process that has to be taken by another flow because it is not working properly and that we do not have the consumers on the line for a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zinktree solves basically all of our problems because it guides us to all of our processes when we are troubleshooting with the consumer and it benefits us because if we get stuck in a call zinktree has all of our solutions bascli and all names of parts we need to now. What do you like best about Zingtree?

What do you like best about Zingtree?

What do you like best about Zingtree?

What I like the most about zingtree is how useful it turns when providing service to my consumers as we follow a flow that cannot fail because according to what the consumer answers, it has the next step to follow, for example if the consumers says that their product no longer lights up not eveen when switching sections then you know that warranty exchange woud be required and that is lovely. What do you dislike about Zingtree?

I dislike that everynow and then it has bugs and does not copy the information properly as it is link to Gladly therefore I think that you folks should look into getting the proper adjustments for those bugs to be minimum and that would gratly improve the experience using zingtree as well as Gladly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?

ZingTree is solving issues such as looking for a supervisor because I do not know what to reply to the specific consumer. Whatever my consumer reply is, it always has an accurate answer. What do you like best about Zingtree?
