The customer service is great, they respond very quickly and get issues resolved as soon as possible. They take on feedback and are often improving the product. When we had a difficult issue, they spent a lot of time and effort to resolve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much, just would like more notice around team member birthdays :) and it would be great to select which user's calendars to export to a new calendar in Google so I can just see my own team's holidays not the whole company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Payroll needs more automation with pro-rating unpaid leave
The growth section needs a lot of improvement - simple things like larger text boxes and more complex stuff like analytics, and automation of performance cycles Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As the platform is still being built, there's room for improvement (e.g. in the leave booking and tracking and the performance review section).
