Managing HR and payroll in the same system was our goal. We wanted to eliminate manual payroll tasks, such as manually transferring data from one system to another. Zelt manages this perfectly and also integrates with our pension provider, bank, HMRC, and accounting software, fully automating the backend of our payroll. I always want more reporting, however, the team have just released a new reporting section, where I can select from every data field (of which there are lots) in the platfrom in order to create my own custom reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our Account Manager (Delia) has been fantastic. Quick responses and generous with her time. She's requested feedback on improvements for the system and these have been take on board and actioned quickly.

We are ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified, so device management and security are top priorities for us. Before using Zelt, we had to piece together a process involving our HR system, asset register, and MDM to manage tasks like onboarding, offboarding, and device upgrades, which was a nightmare. Now, with Zelt, we not only benefit from enhanced HR functionality—such as customizable onboarding flows and performance reviews—but also manage our asset register and device security in the same tool. Zelt is very customisable - I've never worked with a platform where you can tailor it so easily to the business. It is generally quite intuitive and allows businesses to be relatively self sufficient as Admin users have the ability to tailor the information stored and held for employees. Zelt has been a game-changer for our sales team. As a manager, the annual leave calendar gives me a clear, real-time overview of everyone's availability, making scheduling and resource planning a breeze. What stands out most is how effortless the transition to Zelt was.
