Zelt offers all of the HR functionality we need, and has helped us massively over the last two years of using it. It's easy to use for the end user, handles all of our onboarding needs well, and their customer support is genuinely stellar. There have been multiple instances where I've wanted to do something that wasn't fully supported by Zelt and their support would always find a solid workaround or informed me that what I wanted was already on their roadmap. Zelt is the one app our team uses for everything. We use it for booking holidays, checking salaries, managing documents and tracking tasks. For me, handling operations like payroll, compliance checks and payments is a lot more straightforward. I particularly like the automated PDF payslips that my team can access from their accounts which has saved me lots of time. The Zelt team are also super responsive so I feel well supported. Before we started using Zelt, managing performance reviews was a bit of a hassle.
