What do you like best about VWO Testing?

- The use of A/B and Split Testing features has helped in testing across pages with minor to major UX changes.

- Audience segmentation helps in targeting specific pages ,devices ,audiences which overall helps in the personalisation.

What do you dislike about VWO Testing?

What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?

User testing and experimenting has been a major problem that we faced before onboarding VWO. VWO has helped us in experimenting on our user funnel (payment pages) , pricing pages etc to enhance the UX and product messaging which further helped us in improving the conversion rate. What do you like best about VWO Testing?

The User interface is highly user-friendly and easy to use. Heatmaps and session recordings are built-in.

What do you dislike about VWO Testing?

Some visual tests can only be done through code changes rather than their visual editor. It doesn't eliminate bots well when doing server-side A/B test implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped us to test out new concepts and improve the user experience of our websites to make our conversion funnel for subscribers far more effective. We use the A/B testing function the most and generally have 20 to 30 tests running at a time. So the ability to build or configure these tests quickly has been one of the best benefits. Hi Lokendra, thanks for sharing your feedback. Elated to know that you love the tool and the support service!

Regarding your concern about the coding, we acknowledge that some basic knowledge of JS would be required to create complex tests. We also provide implementation services with an additional price to help you with the same in cases where you do not have access to your development team.

VWO excludes all the bot traffic which includes the bot/crawler as a user agent. However, the google bots are IP-based and therefore VWO has no way to exclude them implicitly. Thus, you can apply a segment on the basis of IP address and user agent segment and exclude them.
