
The team’s support and response time have been a standout for me. I’ve had issues with other platforms that outsource customer service, which has led to major delays in getting problems resolved. Here, I feel like I can actually get help in a reasonable timeframe. At the moment, there aren’t any straightforward native connections to Salesforce. Because of that, I haven’t been able to use the platform’s analytics capabilities, since there’s no easy way for our firm to link intakes to their corresponding statuses. With these integrations missing, I’ve had to create my own in-house calculations to track experiment probabilities and results, using a Google Sheets-GA4 integration.
