UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW:
Two years ago, I wrote a review detailing how happy our entire team is with the WhatConverts platform.
Fast forward to now, and my views have not changed one bit. In fact, the entire WC staff has taken steps to strengthen our working relationship, and their product continues to be the bedrock upon which most of our client services rest.
Their support team is extraordinary, and the entire organization -- right up to the co-founders -- continue to seek our feedback on how to improve the platform and what they can do to keep us happy!
IF IT HELPS, HERE'S WHAT I WROTE IN NOVEMBER 2022:
If you're looking for a solid tracking platform, WhatConverts is a logical and very cost-effective choice. You get comprehensive call/form/chat/event/more tracking, but what truly separates WC from the competition is the unparalleled level of support.
Whether it's John, Max, Francisco, Michael, etc. on the WC support team, you always get a warm voice on the other side of the call (or email) that's always happy and willing to go the extra mile. I work for an agency, and I cannot tell you how many times our team has had to lean (sometimes very heavily) on the WC support team, only to have our expectations exceeded over and over again!
They make my job -- and that of my colleagues -- infinitely easier because of what they do!
UPDATE: More than 15 months after having left this review, my opinion of WhatConverts has only improved! In that time, not only have the features of the platform expanded -- the owner has even taken it upon himself to ask us what features we'd like to see implemented -- but the technical expertise of the support team seems to have only gotten better.

This is a minor issue in the grand scheme of things, but initially, we had some recommendations for the WC team for how to improve their overall interface to include more features. The dashboards we were provided did the trick, but we needed more insight to be able to really dissect what was going on behind the scenes for our clients.
Rather than dismiss our suggestions, the WC team took them under advisement and recently reached out to us with news that they were inviting us to try out their new beta-version dashboard! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their team's support is Incredible! Working at a Marketing Agency I am in contact with them frequently about onboarding new clients, troubleshooting different forms/programs/software, or other questions tracking related and they are always very quick (within 24hrs) to get back to me. They are always helpful in troubleshooting any issues or questions you might have and will go the extra mile to help you accomplish your goals.

I wish WhatConverts had was more native integrations with other software/programs however they almost always have zappier connections available for all of your needs and very helpful in getting them set up. I also would like more detailed documentation on setting up some aspects of the software such as lead intelligence and other integration processes that are slightly different than your norm. What I appreciate most about WhatConverts is its ability to make call tracking a breeze. The platform is intuitive, straightforward, and streamlined, making implementation and integration with Google a hassle-free experience. One of the standout features is the option to post back revenue and qualified lead data, which proves invaluable in measuring the success of our campaigns!
Moreover, the call transcription functionality is a game-changer. Every client we've introduced to this feature has been thrilled with the results, and it's not hard to see why. As a team, we spend a significant amount of time in the dashboard reviewing call logs, and the transcription feature has drastically reduced the time and effort required to analyze these interactions. It's a powerful tool that has greatly enhanced our efficiency and productivity.
Another aspect that sets WhatConverts apart is their exceptional customer support. Their response times are lightning-fast, and their staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to assist us (depsite the many tech questions we send their way lol). When it comes to WhatConverts, I have very few dislikes as the platform consistently delivers valuable call tracking and attribution insights. The majority of the issues we occasionally encounter are ultimately due to Google Ads' data mismatching errors, which are beyond WhatConverts' control.
However, one small enhancement that could further improve the user experience would be the addition of a play button or field to listen to calls directly within Looker Studio. Currently, users need to open a separate web browser window to access and play the call recordings. While this is a minor inconvenience, the ability to listen to calls seamlessly within Looker Studio would streamline the process and provide a more integrated experience for users.
It's worth noting that I'm unsure whether this enhancement is even feasible from a technical standpoint, as it may require outside 3rd party coding solutions or tweaks rather than being a straightforward front-end update. Nonetheless, if implemented, this feature would undoubtedly be a welcome addition to an already robust and reliable call tracking platform.

Tracking forms and phone calls is super easy. I work for a digital marketing agency and we're able to verify that our client's forms and phone numbers are always working. What I love most about WhatConverts is how it simplifies the chaos of lead tracking. The platform captures leads from all our marketing channels—whether it's calls, forms, or chats—and brings them together in one easy-to-navigate dashboard. This makes it much easier to see what's working and needs tweaking.
The user interface is incredibly intuitive, which is a huge plus.
I didn't have to spend a lot of time figuring things out, and that means I can focus more on strategy and less on logistics.
Another thing that stands out is their customer support. Their team has been super responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I've had questions or needed guidance. It's nice to know there's reliable support when you need it.
Lastly, the way WhatConverts integrates with our existing tools is seamless. It fits into our workflow, so we can keep using the systems we know and love while getting a fuller picture of our marketing efforts.

While I'm pleased with WhatConverts overall, there are a few things I wish were a bit different.
One thing that can be a pain is the limitation on email addresses per agency account. It's not a huge deal, but it would be nice to have more flexibility here.
I also found that it took me a little while to generate reports. It's not super intuitive at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy.

Cost effective and amazing support. We moved to WC from CallRail years ago and still benefit from the cost savings. Generally never have an issue. They were extremely dilligent in making sure that an onboarding meeting was scheduled to give a proper tour of the platform.
Had a great Onboarding meeting, but then also my interaction with support was superb. We exchanged looms back and forth and the communication was quick!
The platform is relatively intuitive and easy to use so I found the integration pretty smooth and natural.
Within 1 hour I already had my first 3 accounts implemented and tracking phone calls which was fantastic to get a really quick peak at the power of the data that WhatConverts brings to the table. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very user-friendly, straightforward, and accurate. Implementation and integration with the different marketing platforms are also easy. I use it every day, and my clients are happy with it. Multichannel lead tracking and attribution used to be inaccessible to small and medium sized businesses. WhatConverts is very intuitive, and can track forms/calls etc. all in one place, resulting in very clear data around our ROI and acquisition channels. I love the visibility it provides especially in the legal sector. On top of that, they have awesome tech support engineers.
