With so many features, new team members can find the platform a bit overwhelming at first, requiring a steeper learning curve to fully leverage WebEngage's potential.

What do you like best about WebEngage?

Dashboard is itself very helpful. it is very adaptive. You can integrate it with your software easily within a few steps. Also, it is very easy to use the software. You can use it as a single platform to send all your emails, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Web Push, Onsite campaigns, etc. Segmentation is also very easy, you can create multiple segments & use them in your campaigns. There is one feature called journey, if you use it, you will love it. we use it very frequently. You can also download the reports easily to see the performance. What problems is WebEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is helping us to create multiple reminder journeys i.e. - webinar reminder, form filled not booked, booked not attended, request callback journey, downpayment journey etc. also, segmentation of these users & exclusion from one journey if user is entering in other journey. the one most loved thing is master exclusion, you can exit the user at any point of time in journey if user does that master event. this is helping us to target the right audience by giving this segmentation feature & the exclusion feature, which is helping us to maintain our ROI. What do you like best about WebEngage?

The best thing about webengage is its ability to triggger communication to users at specific events/journeys the user makes on the product. What do you dislike about WebEngage?

I wish webengage was a little more userfirendly and its frontend analytics piece was a little more easy to navigate and visually rich like mixpanel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WebEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us nudge users at the right time in specific areas/journeys of the product when the user might be at the risk of dropping off or not completing a particular journey. This has been hugely beneficial to us as we are a payments product and earn on every successful transaction. What do you like best about WebEngage?

We've been using WebEngage for over 3 years now, and it’s really made a difference for us as a growing startup.

Initially, managing our communication channels as we scaled up was getting tough, especially from our backend systems. Then we integrated with WebEngage, and honestly, we weren't sure how it would go. But it turned out great! We now use WebEngage for all our communication needs—whether it’s creating leads, running promotions, or nurturing customers. What do you dislike about WebEngage?

Nothing's perfect, there’s always room for improvement.

Sometimes the dashboard takes ages to load and just shows the loading screen forever, which can be frustrating. What do you like best about WebEngage?

I am a first time CRM user and WebEngage was the first tool that I have ever used. From the onboarding through Webengage Academy to the knowledgebase, I have never felt lost with this software and how things work. All features just make sense! The potential is unlimited as we are actively adding new features while implementing BAU requirements as per our requirements. The Manager support is great as well with multiple offline meets schedule for planning alongwith that a great technical support is also provided where issues are usually resolved within 24 working hours. I have been using WebEngage daily for the past 2 months and I am able to apply all of my marketing knowledge using the tools available on here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebEngage?

While I have much nice things to say about the platform, I can still say that the server speeds can be a bit better(our database is way too big as well). But, apart from that I have had no complaints from the portal or the support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WebEngage is helping us automate and centralize all our communication in a manner that our user base is not getting un-personalized communication at random times. What do you like best about WebEngage?

WebEngage is easy to schedule broadcast campaigns, journeys and segmentation is also very easy. I can easily do segmentation as per my need. I can do segmentation on the basis of user behaviour, orders/product purchase history. Also, I can download reports easily. I can add customized UTM is email templates and track the data in GA4 as well. It's very easy to check campaign-wise reports/matrix like sent count, opens, clicks, unsubscribe count. What do you dislike about WebEngage?

I had 1 experience where the tool was slow and was not loading fast. Also, if I raise any ticket, customer support is available on email and hence, I don't get quick solution, which is possible on Google meet. What problems is WebEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have huge user's data. It's very easy to upload csv file and create segments as per different data we have, like buyers of product A, product B. i.e. uploading offline data is very easy. Also, it's good that we can create different journeys like a welcome journey, abandoned checkout journey, upsell and cross-sell journies. Building drag and drop email template is very easy. So, I don't need HTML tech guy to create HTML email template. Also, steps of creating broadcast campaigns and overall UI of tool is simple and easy to understand. What do you like best about WebEngage?

We are a fast-growing consumer tech mobile application, and have been using WebEngage for almost a year now during our rapid growth journey. We use WebEngage daily for our notification campaigns and across the funnel engagement.

Pretty easy to use and has all the right features we have needed. Definitely appreciate the ease of setting up user journeys.
