I like that it has essentially an additional level of control. Most ad platforms have "campaign, ad set, ad" levels, however Viant has a fourth that offers a WIDE variety of capability. Reporting section is very unclear, especially when compared to any other ad platform. The ui is old, you can tell it wasn't designed with user experience in mind and the learning curve seems unnecessary.

The creative upload function is a SAVIOR! I utilize it all the time and it is very straightforward on how to use it. The setup process in general is simple and easy to follow, yet delivers great results and has advanced reporting capabilities!
