The Viant platform is well integrated with many suppliers and capabilities and provides great access into targeting and audiences for campaigns. Particularly, the integration with Commerce signals across the Adelphic DSP is a great as well as the off the shelf PMPs curated in the marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting functionality could be improved across self service to be able to see Reach/Frequency and be improved for a smoother user experience (slow/laggy download of reports). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ease of updating multiple buy lines in one fell swoop, using spreadsheet editor and the bulk edit tool.
I also like the data integrations and custom audience building capabilities that are 100% cookieless.

The ability to see real time data for almost every metric in the campaign. The bid multipliers section is great and really easy to use. It's nice to be able to filter live campaign reporting by dates and see all the data without needing to pull a report. Overall it's much more easy to use than other platforms. Sometimes when filtering dates in the top left on a campaign the page doesn't change. I need to reload the browser. sometimes multiple times.

There is no API integrations with SSP's, so you have to manually add deals and there is no way to control the volume of spend going toward a particular deal within a single line item. It is a waste of time and resources to have to set up a line item per publisher. With the numbers of publishers we work with this limited functionality means we cannot manage all our publishers within the Viant DSP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Viant technology is intuitive, user-friendly, cutting-edge and best of all, accompanied by a dedicated, responsive customer service team. The data library can be a tad overwhelming, but the search feature is useful and the team is more than willing to help you pull together custom data segments that complement your goals. It's quite the agnostic & holistic platform as it pertains to having all of the tech & tools, as well as data/plugins, that one would need to run a programmatic campaign. The UI is very easy to use and is integrated with LiveRamp and other platforms/vendors to be able to push your own 1P, 2P or 3P data into the platform to leverage. The team is always available when you need them; and they're right there by your side to ensure you're setting up & implementing things properly from a campaign setup perspective. We've historically used the DSP quite a lot at my agency, particularly our programmatic experts in house, and have found it to be one of our top Go-To platforms for running a number of campaigns. Coming from a healthcare marketing agency, it would be extremely beneficial if Viant/Adelphic had tools that were specific to my industry -- e.g. outcomes measurement tools/capes, patient modeling, HCP targeting capabilities, more granular contextual/keyword targeting by using conditions & therapeutic areas, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
