First, the customer service. The fact that you can type in the message help ticker at the bottom and actually get a live person, instead of AI, is EXTREMELY useful!
I also love that you can click/drag a resume to their drop box and it automatically will create a candidate's profile for you, which saves tons of times.

I enjoy the dashboards the most - as it is a great to see how well a recruiter is performing day to day / month to month. The quick response from Eric today was also great, had my issue resolved in less than 20 mins. Being new to recruitment, I had never used an ATS before but I find tracker very easy to use. We've been working with Tracker for several years, and no matter how big they grow, they still offer a level of speed and responsiveness that I find so reassuring. The product has evolved significantly since we migrated from Bullhorn. What an outstanding upgrade. The chat help (Kristen, Eric and Andrew specifically) is always friendly, patient and resourceful.

Tracker Customer Service is great!! They have a chat option and its a real person! NOT A BOT. Also they actually help! Especially great for newer recruiters to be able to trouble shoot technical issues directly with admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no option for Arizona timezone so we have to change the timezones even though in AZ we dont change timezones to maintain the correct time. Not a huge deal, just something that probably needs to be updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We upgraded our system to Tracker a little over a year ago. We have been very pleased with the change because of two key reasons: 1) The system is extremely customizable. This is critical for us because we are a very non-traditional recruiting firm. 2) The support has been exceptional. Our relationship began with Noah who is hands down the best integration partner I've ever worked with and the support we get in the online chat from Eric and Kristin has always been timely, professional, and personal.
