"feature-rich RMS that's still tying to figure out what it wants to be."

What do you like best about Tracker?

- decent feature-to-cost ratio, appropriately priced.

- generally works well - stable, very little downtime experienced.

- responsive, well-intentioned customer support.

- CRM tool helps manage BD efforts.

- comprehensive, if overly complicated, reporting suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

- It feels like the system is trying to do too much, with too many features that aren't fully developed.

- The development team doesn't seem as focused or responsive as we'd like, and their roadmap is unclear and poorly communicated.

- Most of the new features since 2020 are geared towards contract, temporary, and bulk recruitment, rather than full-time, permanent, and professional search. If your business is focused on permanent executive recruitment, there might be better systems out there.

- The priority seems to be on adding big, flashy features, but the important details for day-to-day use are being overlooked.

- It takes a lot of practice and training to get the most out of the reporting function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Tracker:
