I love how easy it is to use, I was able to set up a lot of things before my meeting with the support team. I'm a relaitvely new user so, the best thing I like about it so far is how intuitive the workflows and buttonology are tied together. There is some very obvious consideration given to how a small business owner, marketing, or operational teams may use the platform.

Repetitive Redundant Duplicities. While there are areas to include standard business information, webpage, phone number, etc., there are far too may times the same information gets asked for in other modules or fields. Not that big of a deal until you change an address or a number. Then, it's a hunt to find where each field actually lives so it can be edited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every single person I have interacted with has gone above and beyond in making sure I know how to use the system. The system, the people, EVERYTHING has been remarkable!! Everything is so easy to use. All social media platforms and marketing platforms are so easy to integrate yourself. There are a lot of CRM software available nowadays. There are strong ones out there that are either purpose built for certain industries or have an insane amount of customization, or really deep granularity in how it operates. Thryv is definitely designed as a more general purpose software, but that is perfectly fine in this day and age where sometimes too much can be just that, too much. A big hit compared to those programs is the affordability of Thryv, which makes it much more ideal for smaller businesses who don't have the millions of dollars of revenue to justify those big purchases, some of which are per each user. For us, the affordable price that covers all the users we need is great. Its easy to use, I like the feature of the teams chat built into Thryv directly which makes it easy for the whole team to catch up on things that are going on if someone is not in the office. The app needs some optimization. When you're in the field and need to access someones customer card for information or to upload something or to take a payment, it needs to be quick and seamless. I love the support I get when needed. When I first signed up for Thryv, I had Zoom calls with a support person who walked me through the software and helped me set up my business.
