The customer support has taken a bit of a step back lately. They now have AI customer support, which helps with a majority of things, but anytime I need to escalate to a human, there is a much longer response time than there used to be as recently as a few weeks ago. I really enjoy being able to use the Vendasta AI Platform easily compared to something that is very difficult like GoHigh Level. The pricing of all the different services and products that we can sell to our clients is very reasonable, which allows us to be more profitable in what we do. I would like Vendasta to work a little bit better on how we upload. What would be great is if we could upload a current prospect list and be able to assign it to a specific salesperson. It would make our lives much easier if the accounts we generate within the platform could be assigned directly to a salesperson faster. It would also be easier to then disperse the different leads. It's A LOT to digest at first glance, and I am happy with everything. The only major downside that I have found so far is that there isn't a bookkeeping integration that works with the platform. They have a QuickBooks sync, but it's one-way from QB to Vendasta. I currently use FreshBooks, and there is no way to connect that either. So, if I wanted to invoice out of Vendasta, I would have to export spreadsheets and then compile the books manually. I like the ease of use of the Vendasta AI Platform; it's pretty intuitive. I'm used to the Vendasta way of doing things, and there's a lot of support available. The live chat bot is the bedrock for me, and I've used that the most. The reputation AI has a lot of opportunities for me, and I like that. They offer a lot of training materials (which is good). But the sheer volume of materials, documentation and videos means that it's sometimes time-consuming to try to figure things out and get past the initial learning curve. I think they need to reorganize some things and make it easier to learn and get answers quickly. Also, they really need to offer more white-labeled videos that we can use for clients. The Platform as a whole is very robust; there are so many options that not only help my clients but are great features that we use daily as well. Social Marketing Pro would be my top product. It makes it so easy to schedule all my social posting in one place, and it was fairly easy to set up. The AI tool helps when you have a creative block, and my clients like that they can see their whole social plan laid out for them monthly.

The customer service team is amazing. I have a weekly meeting set up with them, and I have used their help feature when I couldn't figure out how to add a social page. They are so patient and kind. They really want to help you and make sure that not only do they understand what you are looking for, but they also make sure to show you how to do it yourself so you can do it the next time it comes up.
