What do you like best about Thryv?

Thryv from, the beginning has been super helpful! From when I first started to now, I have had so many things that Thryv has helped with. I love that I am able to have an account feature on my website and patients find it easy to use. It's easy scheduling and easy to manage. Everyone I have talked to in cusstomer service has been amazing. They are super helpful and I can use it any time I need to, which is pretty often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thryv?

I wish that it could have an inventory section to help with seeing what's being used per job (patient) and what needs to be restocked. I wish I could create some forms for patients to sign or something I can create to attach what was done with a patient (more detailed and easier to use other than adding an internal note). Also, I wish that I can request deposits or split the payment immediately for patient, to reduce cancelations and loss of profit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?

All of it, minus some complications with the Onliine reputation Management. I have not been able to utilize the google profile feature. But my scheduling and CRM has been extrememely helpful and also using the marketing automation has helped when I needed to send things out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding your suggestions, while we don’t offer inventory management, integrating ThryvPay or Square can help with deposits and payment options. For patient records, we follow HIPAA compliance standards, and storing detailed medical information in the cloud may require additional considerations. What do you like best about Thryv?

Thryv Calendar has been useful for my insurance agency setting up and keeping track of appointments. The notes feature has also been useful to keep information on our clients up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thryv?

Thryv customer service has been very slow to respond and address our concerns. We have had our social campaign on pause for the last 4 months reaching out to the customer service staff for a solution without any resolve. We also raised several concerns about our messaging and inbox feature with thryv throughout 2024 only to discover in January of 2025 that they released a new version of the software that addressed our concerns but was only immediately available to their newer clients. We have been loyal customers since 2021 paying out bill on time while being allowed to operate with old outdated versions of thryv while newer customers who signed up 12 months ago got immediate access to features that we have been asking the customer service department for. Thryv is a crm that we use to compile a custoemr database with allowing us to enter notes on each clients accoutns for other users to pick up where the last contact left off. What do you like best about Thryv?

What is most helpful about thryv to me is the convenience of being able to integrate it into my daily workflow. The ease of being able to communicate with potential clients and manage my calendar all in one place allows me to use thryv very frequently. Furhtermore, due to the simple UI it is easy to coach coworkers who are less familiar with the product, making it easy to implement. Not only that, the one time we had an issue their customer service team was more than helpful in resolving that. Overall, due to the sheer number of features, ability to use it for nearly every task I ask of it, and wonderfully simple UI which makes integrating it so easy, I would recommend Thryv to anyone. What do you dislike about Thryv?

The only downside I have noticed about using Thryv, is that it had an issue where it would switch the addresses around to a different address for each of my clients when I would enter a new one. But after speaking to their IT department they shared with me that the bug has since been fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Thryv?

Thryv software is easy to use, Onboarding with the software was great with good communication from the team with attention to streamline the webpage in a fast paced timeline. They worked to get the job completed. There are also a lot of videos to show you how to do certain functions of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thryv?

The downside of using Thryv is the fact that I have clients that need to be invoiced monthly. I have to personally go into each account and make up an invoice every single month, which is very time consuming. My clients for the most part are billed the same amount every month. Thryv does not allow you to do auto billing unless you subscribe to their merchant service account. I have requested a change to this downside of the software, but the issue still has not been resolved.

Even though there are videos to show you how to use certain functions of the software, I feel they should provide a drop down to connect via telephone to support personnel to guide you through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Thryv?

As a small business owner, having a cohesive process that allows me to access my clients, estimates, social platforms from one location has been a game changer. I am able to focus on growth and the communities in which we serve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?

We haven't had a "homebase" (CRM) in which we could really get in touch with our clients and send blast emails that will notify our clients of specials and services we offer.

Thryv has been a serious game changer. We are still in the middle of onboarding and getting all of our information pushed to Thryv and I couldn't be more excited. So far, we are very present on the internet on many different platforms, we have our much needed home base in which we are able to schedule, send estimates, let our clients know about upcoming events, specials etc.

having 24/7 assistance is HUGE!! It's a breath of fresh air as a business owner; knowing we will have a relation to any issues (if) and when they may arise. What do you like best about Thryv?

I like the fact that so many features are in the same place. Our biggest challenege with using other softwares before thryv was the friction of having to integrate everything whereas now theres minimal integration with other software due to the fact that the base software offers everything needed. Very easy to apply to our business and easy to setup from the get go. We're already using it quite frequently and are continuing to add more features to our customer service with the aid of the customer support at Thryv. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Thryv?

The professionals at Thryv take the time to listen to what your business actually does, and needs, and discusses products that will provide the most value. They are honest with what you NEED. The customer support has been top notce to help us get set up and it's made implementation very smooth. Their product integrates well with the systems we already use, which make it easy to use. What do you like best about Thryv?

Great customer support! They assign you a business manager right away to make sure you get everything you want out of the system. Set up time to chat on Zoom to walk you through spots that you need help. Adjust anything on the back end to make sure it is working properly before the call ends. What do you dislike about Thryv?

Before I talked to anyone, I downloaded my gmail to the system. I highly recommend to clean up your emails and any promotional emails before inporting as they all come along. I deleted the connection, cleaned up my inboxes and then reconnect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?

The phone number they offer - I would like to answer/make calls without being open in the app on my mobile phone. I don't need it running all the time in the background of phone just to get a call. Maybe when I get a larger clientele base. It's set up for a desktop, which I don't sit at my desk all the time.

Just wish I'd found them sooner...nothing to dislike. Perhaps they could offer separate modules rather than only their whole system. For example, if I only wanted a website or only wanted to post to social media or only to use the customer portal for payment I could have those options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
