Their team is easy to communicate with and brings quick, thoughtful solutions to the table. We can hit them with any problem, large or small and feel that our projects are all treated with equal care. Their self-serve platform is easy to use, and reporting outputs have been integrated seamlessly into our process. We've been able to easily and quickly launch campaigns and have used them regularly as our preferred programmatic partner since 2022. StackAdapt makes programmatic advertising easy for any client. With their zero cost advertising minimums, any advertiser with any budget can build a campaign with StackAdapt. That's why it's perfect for our agency's clients. Other partners require large minimum investments which can be cumbersome, and in some cases, the client's first experience with programmatic. To invest a large sum of money into a platform they haven't tested doesn't make sense. StackAdapts creative studio services while helpful, often take far to long to access & actually produce with. Agencies and their clients move fast. What I really like about StackAdapt is how much control it gives us over our campaigns. We can optimize every detail at a deep level, making sure we're getting the best results possible. The platform lets us fine-tune our targeting and performance without any restrictions, which is a big advantage.

What I’d like to see improved with StackAdapt is the integration options. It would be great to have more built-in integrations with tools like Klaviyo, Excel, and Google Sheets. This would make it easier to connect data across platforms and streamline our workflow.
Also, enhancing the integration with Looker Studio would be a big plus. It would allow us to pull even deeper insights and create more detailed reports directly from the data, making our analysis more comprehensive and actionable. We initially signed up for the CTV and OTT offerings that Stackadapt has, so that we can be on the likes of 7Plus, 9Now, 10Play and SBS; however, learnt that there are so many other channels they offer. I really like how each channel can be interconnected and exposed audiences retargetted. Provided you've used other programattic platforms, you'll find the UI very easy to use. The Stackadapt team has been great to work with, and even came to our office to give my team a run through to ensure we get the full benefits of the platform.

Not a dislike, but a 'would like to have feasture'; Would like the ability to retarget the exposed audiences from Stackadapt on other platform we use, which arent available in the stackadapt platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is simple to use and easy to get going right away. The account reps are responsive and you know you are talking to a person, not a script. Features offer a good balance of being able to get things up and running, especially for alternative channels (e.g. CTV, Audio) while not being overwhelmig. While Stackadapt is a great enabler for SMEs to access programmatic channels, some things are obscured e.g. bringing and customising your own deals with publishers.
Some parts the UI can also be an issue e.g. sort alphabetically, bulk remove creatives etc. Or in-platform reporting within a certain date range without going to the reports tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that StackAdapt allows me to use their platform for any of my clients big or small. I've run $1MM+ campaigns that are managed by the StackAdapt team, all the way down to $500 self serve campaigns for small business, and have seen great results for both. With no minimums and full ability to start/stop campaigns as needed, I can test different messages, channels and ad types to find the right media mix for all of my clients, no matter their budget. There are some reporting metrics that only the StackAdapt team has access to. So, if you are running a self serve campaign, and trying to pull a quick report it can limit what you are able to pull in a quick turnaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me, it can be overwhelming with the amount of data. I lean on my StackAdapt team to help edit the data so that I don't go down the rabbit hole. Is there such a things as too much data? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is simple and well-designed. Many DSPs have UIs that I would call "organized chaos", with difficult to find features that could be accessible via the top ribbon or a left or right sidebar. StackAdapt, on the other hand, has an simpler and organized design, where every feature is accessible via a top ribbon.
Lastly, their customer support is excellent. Many traders are short on bandwidth, and SA is willing to pitch in during crunch time to get things launched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard reporting could be far more robust. It only tells you how your campaign is delivering based on spend or trending based on certain KPIs. Other DSPs offer campaign and auction insights within dashboard reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
