StackAdapt is an amazing option for Self Service users. The platform is transparent, very easy to use, and has a very helpful support team. You are able to run a variety of different campaign types within one place which makes life so much easier when you're in the platform every day. There a few things that can be improved around AB Testing and reporting period comparisions. Outside a doing two separate campaigns and testing head to head with creative, audiences, etc. there isn't a simple way to do an AB test. In terms of reporting period comparisons it would be great to have an easy way to see how a campaign is performing MoM or YoY. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

StackAdapt's platform is intuitive yet impressively robust. The account management team—especially Mike, Lauren, and the rest of our team—has taken the time to understand our business and growth plans. They consistently bring valuable ideas to enhance our campaigns, measurement, and reporting. Their responsiveness and strategic insights make a real difference. The reporting UI could use some improvements to make navigation more intuitive. That said, whenever I've had trouble building a report, the team has been quick to assist, creating it for me and even saving it as a template in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team is very hands on helping our agency grow in the programmatic space working across various industries, answering random questions (all the time), helping us explain to clients how stuff works, making recommendations, etc.

To sum it up, I chose StackAdapt because it had a user-friendly interface and no minimums, unlike other similar DSPs. What I was surprised with though was how amazing the account reps are. They are extremely helpful and will assist with anything you need, from campaign strategy to actual set up and reporting analysis. I especially like the ability track in-store visits, which has been extremely important for us as an auto group to see who from our campaigns visited our dealerships. While there are many programmatic solutions out there, we can confidently say this is one of the best ones we've used. The platform and dashboard itself is extremely user-friendly, and furthermore, their FAQ section is very comprehensive as well (it even has industry benchmarks for specific channels!). The flexibility of reporting offerings that can be tailored to your desire make it a very seamless process to take a deep dive into multiple data points. Their management team is also top notch, quick to respond to any inquiry and always able to provide insight into best practices within the platform itself. StackAdapt listened and created a program for our client that was extremely effective and transparent. The StackAdapt team came with weekly optimization suggestions, proactively made adjustments to achieve higher than average benchmarks, and allowed our team access to dashboards to monitor performance in real time. I have enjoyed working with our account manager, Malcolm. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. Additionally, having full platform access is something I am not used to. It's hard for me to identify something I dislike, but if I had to offer something I would say the platform has a tendency to optimize toward users who have a very high likelihood of converting regardless of the advertising. One area StackAdapt could improve is in providing more advanced reporting and analytics tools that directly connect campaign results to our key business objectives, like lead generation. A customizable dashboard that allows us to view and analyze these metrics in real time would be incredibly valuable, making it easier to demonstrate the impact of each campaign. StackAdapt is an incredible DSP for Small and Medium Size Businesses. It allows small businesses and their agencies to manage their digital media programs without having to use a bloated platform with high platform fees. StackAdapt is also agnostic from several out platforms, so you can use many of the most popular ad networks without having to use the platforms walled gardens. We use StackAdapt for many of our clients to fullfill their media serving needs and it's easy for us and a great platform for them.

The only challenge that occasionally comes up with StackAdapt is related to the campaign setup process that sometimes includes a few unnecessary steps but overall, the platform is great is once you setup a few campaigns, it's pretty straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
