What I like most is that all of the programmatic tactics are here under one roof. I can blend them into camapigns as needed, and move budget as results require. The support has been great (I am managed service), the reporting gives me everything I need, and the UI is easy to navigate. Simpli.fi has a contract with LiveRamp that prohibits data from outside the U.S. I have clients in the UK that are running CRM Targeting campaigns, and I have to take them elsewhere. I can't run them through LiveRamp/Simpli.fi.

The targeting filtering is robust and effective. It allows us to reduce media waste by focusing on the center of the bullseye of the demographic and geography of the customers sought by our advertisers. Their sales and AdOps teams provide superb customer support. Ability to have several tactics for Display, OTT, CTV, ZTV, Native, and even social media marketing on a single reporting tool. The communication is unmatched. I work with Hailee on all my campaigns and there has never been a singe issue. They're quick, responsive and easy to work with. I love how user friendly the platform is. Our campaigns are Impression goal based and it is nice to use a plarform that allows for a monthly impression goal without a budget needed.
