What problems is Simpli.fi solving and how is that benefiting you?
I initially sought out Simpli.fi to manage my SEM campaigns, but the lack of transparency in their billing and reporting made it impossible to see any true benefit. From my perspective as a business owner, I felt that my money was being wasted on a campaign that was poorly managed and not focused on my specific interests or business goals.
Regarding Ease of Implementation, the onboarding was confusing. I signed a document that listed no management fees, yet I was later charged an effective markup of over 42% on my actual ad spend—far exceeding the 30% fee they eventually claimed.
As for Customer Support, the communication was contradictory. I was told a campaign was disabled, but later informed it was active. This lack of consistency, combined with the lack of results, meant that rather than solving my marketing needs, the partnership required constant auditing and eventually led to me terminating the relationship to regain control of my own accounts.
