What do you like best about Safeguard Global?

Ease of use and global expansion: I was reluctant to set up a legal entity without knowing the laws and fundamentals , but Safeguard took this pain away and onbaorded us very smoothly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Safeguard Global?

I feel that there has been a relinquishment of the HR duties and we have an in house HR team, this employee we have through safeguard is the only employee out of 500 to be employed via EOR Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Safeguard Global?

Since reaching out to Safeguard Global we have had nothign but good experiences with their employees. Elliott Altland and Zinzan Elan-Puttick both made our institutional and employee onboarding easy and seamless. What do you like best about Safeguard Global?

The service is very convenient, we are able to stay compliant and reduce our HR and finance workload by using Safeguard EOR services. The platform is easy to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Safeguard Global?

Safeguard response times can be longer than ideal. We are a small client of SafeGuard's so we can sometimes feel less valued as a result, it can be difficult to get straight answers when we are trying to solve a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Safeguard Global?

That we have global support in any country we require, to ensure we remain complaint. Partering with Safeguard means we have no restrictions on where in the world we hire people. Having Lindsey Forrest as our account manager, has been really helpful in supporting with any issues etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Safeguard Global?

My contacts for each country reguarly changes but I don't always get notified or any advance warning of this. The GEO ticketing system massively impacts on my Outlook account. The bigger the email thread becomes, the slower my Outlook becomes - making even opening or replying to a Safeguard email really difficult. This can be incredibly frustrating. Not sure if this is an IT issue or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Safeguard Global?

Provide limited benefits to staff, I need more understanding of local law of the countries I am not familiar with and sometimes I can't find the needed avice. The coordination within the team sometimes is not effective because I can see that make some mistakes that if you would have internal communication they would not happen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Safeguard Global?

I know that the organization will be compliant and that the organization is covered if anything goes wrong. We are able to hire just about anywhere in the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The safeguard team is responsive but it's like pulling teeth getting the local partenrs to respond. We've not been able to on-board ANYONE within the timeline that safeguard estimates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Strong partnership with local representatives, broad offering on countries, local benefit solutions and visa support. Most attentive account manager who actively seeks solutions for issues we run into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
