What I like best about G-P is how it brings together a clean, intuitive experience with reliable performance across critical workflows. From a UI/UX perspective, the platform is easy to navigate day-to-day—everything is logically structured, which reduces the learning curve and makes routine tasks efficient rather than frustrating. Even for more complex processes, the interface remains straightforward and user-friendly.

Integration-wise, G-P fits well into an existing tech stack. Connecting with other tools has been relatively seamless, allowing for smoother data flow and reducing the need for manual workarounds. This has been especially helpful in maintaining consistency across systems.

In terms of performance, G-P is dependable when it matters most. The platform handles workloads efficiently, with minimal lag or disruption, which is crucial for time-sensitive HR and payroll operations. This reliability builds confidence in using the system for core business functions.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I like best how G-P simplifies managing global employees and contractors across different countries. The platform is very user-friendly, and the onboarding process is smooth both for HR teams and employees. Tasks like payroll, compliance tracking, and document management are centralized, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual work.

One of the biggest benefits is the reliability of their compliance support. Managing international hiring can be complex, but G-P helps make the process more straightforward and gives confidence that local regulations are being followed correctly. Their customer support team is also responsive and helpful whenever questions come up.

From a workflow perspective, the platform improves efficiency by keeping everything organized in one place. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so even new users can quickly understand the system without extensive training. Performance has also been consistent, with minimal delays or issues when accessing employee information or payroll details.

Another feature I appreciate is the visibility the platform provides for managing a distributed workforce. Having access to employee records, contracts, and payroll information in a single system makes collaboration much easier for teams working remotely or across multiple regions.

One thing I dislike about G-P is that some processes and approvals can take longer than expected, especially for country-specific requirements. While the UI is clean and easy to use, a few features could be more intuitive for first-time users. Integrations and customization options also feel a bit limited in some cases. The platform performs well overall, but pricing may be expensive for smaller teams. Support is helpful and responsive, though onboarding and updates could sometimes be faster. I also think there’s room for more AI-powered features to improve automation and reporting.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

G-P has always offered us exceptional customer service. Having a dedicated account manager who is incredibly responsive makes a massive difference in our day-to-day operations. G-P also leverages its own in-country HR professionals across the regions they support. Whenever we encounter any complex, country-specific questions, our AM connects us directly with these local experts and also helps us summarize/digest the information. 

G-P's interface has all the tools and features one needs to manage a global team, and the overall performance is stable and reliable. However, the navigation could be streamlined a bit; things can sometimes feel slightly "clicky," and busy – certain features could be made easier to find to improve daily efficiency.

+ While we haven’t utilized G-P's AI functionality much – it isn't something heavily required for our specific current use cases. I do, however, see potential value in it. The chat feature us currently fairly basic. It directs us to help articles. Having AI features that could quickly summarize complex, localized benefit guides, recap invoicing data, or flag job change metrics for our international professionals would be a useful addition.

Integration wise – our company has very few EOR professionals, and so we've not yet. been inclined to integrate it with our HRIS but it's something we're looking into. 

Pricing wise – G-P is definitely on the pricier side. While we believe we're receiving the service we signed up for and have peace of mind, the total cost of employment (including local statutory burdens, taxes, and platform fees) ends up being significantly higher than the actual take-home pay the professional receives. This massive gap can be quite troubling to reconcile, particularly when trying to budget for and advocate to give a professional a salary increase, as the total cost to the company inflates dramatically.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

Pricing can be steep. While we understand that a higher price point buys legal infrastructure and compliance peace of mind, the actual execution creates a lot of internal friction regarding budgeting and compensation.

The primary issue we face is the gap between what the company pays and what the professional actually takes home. When you factor in G-P's high platform fees, the local statutory employer burdens, and mandatory taxes, the total cost of employment skyrockets.

This disparity becomes especially troubling and difficult to reconcile when we are trying to advocate for a professional to receive a salary increase. Because the markup is so significant, a modest raise for the employee translates into an exponentially higher expense for the business. This makes internal approvals much harder to justify and creates an unfortunate barrier to rewarding our international talent fairly.

Platform UI/UX wise – the system could be much more intuitive and user-friendly. It feels like every function is built with all the necessary capabilities, but the actual workflows require far too many steps. The system can feel overly "clicky." Instead of having intuitive paths to routine information, you often have to click through multiple sub-menus and layers just to find standard data. Essential features, contract details, or specific country documents aren't always where you expect them to be, making them harder to find than they should be. Streamlining the navigation and reducing the number of clicks required to complete a single task would massively improve the day-to-day user experience for admins managing a global team.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At its core, G-P is solving one fundamental problem for us – the need for an EOR. Instead of our company having to undergo the complex, expensive, and time-consuming process of setting up our own local legal entities in every country where we want to hire talent, G-P steps in as the legal employer.  

The primary benefit to us is simple, compliant global execution. It allows us to legally hire, onboard, and pay international professionals quickly without the administrative nightmare of establishing foreign subsidiaries. 

While the platform has lots of extra features, the ultimate benefit is that it fulfills our baseline EOR needs securely and keeps us legally compliant across borders.

What I like best about G-P is how it simplifies interface global hiring and workforce management in one platform. The platform integration makes the process straightforward and less overwhelming. Performance wise, the platform is reliable and responsive, and we rarely experience issues when processing requests. From a pricing and ROI perspective, G-P provides strong value because it helps companies expand globally without needing to establish legal entities in every country. The onboarding process was very fast and well organized, which made starting the role much less stressful. The team is professional, supportive, and quick to respond whenever questions or issues come up. Communication is clear, and it’s helpful to have reliable guidance regarding contracts, payroll, and local employment matters. One of the biggest upsides of G-P is the sense of structure and reliability they provide while working internationally.

One area that could be improved is the level of detail and consistency in employment documentation and benefit explanations. At times, certain information regarding benefits or policies was not fully transparent upfront, which created some confusion and required additional clarification. **What do you like best about G-P?**

I like that I can view all my documents in one table. After I filled in all my details, they were reviewed quite quickly. The support agent notified me promptly about the ways to sign my contract and answered all my questions very nicely.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

The system could be a bit quicker, because right now it feels slow. When I switch between pages, it takes a while to load the information. Also, I joined the company four days before month-end and it showed that I would be paid on the last day of the month, but I didn’t receive my payslip. I’m assuming it will be paid at the end of the next month, but this was a bit misleading.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that I got links to download the apps to be on the go.This using the same log, so it's very easy to start there. Also I like the tile with the payment date.Again I can review all the documents quickly without disturbing my direct managers.

I find G-P's EOR to be a very efficient tool for employee onboarding and payroll processing, with zero complaints from the employees onboarded through it. Their specialized HR team has great knowledge of local markets, which is really helpful. For me, their platform is very intuitive and user-friendly, and I love the ability to generate custom reports according to my needs. Their customer support is awesome, and they made the initial setup very simple and quick.

I feel there can be a bit of Agentic AI integration helping the user see content based on their previous login sessions.

I use G-P for onboarding employees and processing payroll in Spain. It helps us access the market faster, navigate compliance challenges, and avoid building a large payroll team. The intuitive platform, expert HR team, and custom reports streamline our operations.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

We have been working with GP for a few years now, and our experience is still top tier. Our GP account manager is amazing at handling all questions we send their way and they've recently made some big improvements, to include an AI function called Gia. The AI function serves as a one stop shop for questions about each country, which is really helpful when trying to navigate different employee issues or questions.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

After several years, I still see no downside to working with GP. I would suggest GP to all other employers looking to solve for international hiring.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I started working with G-P because I needed to hire technical people in Sweden while running my company in Denmark. I found them online and appreciated their fast response and helpful explanations about starting up, costs, and more. Their portal was very user-friendly and easy to work with. A consultant helped me assess my needs and tailor the solution, allowing me to hire the first employee and then the second one a few months later. G-P was instrumental in helping me get the company operational in Sweden. They've been really valuable to my business. I like the very friendly, kind staff who are good at helping and provide very fast support. They were great at explaining the complexities of hiring people in Sweden, which gave me a good experience.

One of the things I liked best about GP Platform was the onboarding experience. Their support team was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to help whenever questions came up. This made the implementation process much smoother and helped me get up to speed faster than expected. I also appreciated how proactive they were in providing guidance and best practices during setup.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

One downside for me has been the user experience and navigation. I previously used Remote, which I found much more intuitive and easier to navigate. In comparison, G-P feels less streamlined and takes more effort to find certain information or complete tasks. Some integrations, particularly time tracking, also feel more complex than necessary. Additionally, I’ve been with the company for about a month and my benefits information is still missing from the platform, which has been frustrating.

It’s helpful to have everything accessible online without needing to go anywhere or deal with paperwork manually. The process of onboarding itself was smooth and well-structured, and the initial documentation was easy to complete.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

I had a disappointing experience with G-P as an employer of record. When I joined my company, an administrative error was made during onboarding: despite clearly communicating my confirmed start date well in advance, the contract was issued with a later date. As a result, I didn’t receive timely payment for the period I had already worked. What’s worse, G-P initially tried to place the responsibility for this error on me and my company, rather than acknowledging their own process oversight. It took pressure from my managers to escalate the issue and eventually receive an apology.

In addition, I submitted a PPK opt-out form at the start of my employment, which G-P failed to process, and I was enrolled in the plan against my decision. This is now being reversed over the course of two months.

Overall, I found the communication slow, the accountability lacking, and the handling of local compliance inconsistent. I hope G-P improves their internal processes and takes more responsibility in future cases.

G-P enables me to be officially employed under a local Polish employment contract (umowa o pracę), while actually working for a U.S.-based company. I like being able to submit expenses via Zoho. It's way better than the solution I used at my last company, which was Concur. With Zoho, it's easy to upload expenses, and with AI, it generates a very accurate expense report that I just need to add to my report. Concur had this feature but it didn't work as well.

The support was not good. It took me more than a month to access Zoho. Support took a long time and wasn't effective at all. They just kept saying it was documented, and I was doing everything right. I just had to adjust things on their side. And it took forever.

All the details I need are available in the website and the interface. G-P support responds to my concerns right away, and they’re consistently very helpful. They make sure everything is in good order, and they don’t close a ticket I’ve raised until it’s properly addressed. The website has a lot of features and can easily be found if you watch the tutorials. Our company use it for time tracking so we use it every day.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

I think the only thing my team and I don't like is the implementation or suggestion of number of leaves. It's based on the law of each country, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it should always be the minimum. I've heard that branches in other APAC countries have raised this to their managers as well. In my previous job, I've had 23 days leave; 10 SL, 12 AL, and 1 birthday leave. It would be nice to improve that.

So far, I've only had concerns before about the onboarding and the filing of OTs. I sometimes forget to input my OT log, or I put the wrong numbers. It's very helpful since I need to receive the OT pay on time.

I find the support service very intuitive; they usually get back to us within twenty-four hours. The specific country insights are amazing, and I also like how user-friendly the online profile is.

Across various topics, as a customer, I often feel that the support team (including some HR consultants) assumes a basic understanding of country-specific regulations and laws. Detailed questions are often answered only briefly and incompletely, requiring additional effort from the customer to follow up on the unanswered parts. There are also frequent instances of brief responses such as ‘That's not possible’ without further explanation. As a customer, I would expect a globally active EOR to offer appropriate solutions to resolve my concerns or problems. Here, too, customers often have to follow up intensively to get support. At a certain point of helplessness, you feel compelled to involve your customer success manager in order to achieve a constructive result. Interestingly, with your support, we were able to find a workable solution.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

We continue to appreciate how G-P simplifies hiring and employee management in the UK market. The platform is easy to use, onboarding processes are well structured, and the support team has been responsive whenever needed. The overall experience has remained reliable and efficient for managing our UK-based workforce.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

Overall, the experience has remained very positive. More flexibility in customizing workflows and reporting features for company-specific processes would be beneficial.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G-P enables us to hire and manage international talent without setting up local entities. This helps us scale quickly, stay compliant, and focus on growth instead of administrative complexity.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

The simplicity of the onboarding has been incredible. Felt assisted all along, and everyone has been incredibly supportive. The platform is very user friendly and organised - it makes it way easier to find your usual workplace documentations (specially if you're used to other heavier and harder to navigate platforms).

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

Not particularly a dislike as I can't find one - but I'd recommend just having a better onboarding screen for those unfamiliar with remote contracting (e.g. steps to go through, what has been done and missing, and also cover the last mile between the contractor and the company, connecting with manager, etc). I'd also love to see my local country work code and legals in a simpler way - this is typically a very cumbersome piece of information to consume and digest, and would be great if G-P would offer this from the get-go.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G-P is helping me manage my contract, time and expenses. It also helps me keeping organised with all legal matters of my contract, and easily finding support whenever I need it.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I really love G-P's UI and interface; it's easy to use and looks great. The graphics are very appealing too, and it has an easy-to-use side menu. I also find the Next Pay Role date section with a countdown super helpful for seeing when I'll next get paid.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

I think it could be able to add my time and expense into it as I have to use another program for that. I wish I could also input questions there for my contractor company TSG. It would be good if payslips were integrated so it truly is a one spot place for everything for my work.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use G-P to access holiday requests, pay slips, input time and expenses, and check benefits. It solves the problem of keeping work documents together in one place, making it easy to see all my documents.
