Rippling is a beautiful combination of HR activities with Training and individual Device management. It has HR approvals, Workflow management, Device management, Learning management, app shop, Organization chart and of course Separate account for admin/contractor. For a program that does so much, its UI is suprisingly intuitive. I really like having everything in one place instead of having to cross reference one program with another to do simple things. It's only been a couple months using Rippling, so I'm unsure what parts are shortcomings of the app or what my organization set up, but I don't like that when electing insurance I'm required to fill out certain info that I know isn't required by my insurance company. I've had some trouble being able to locate specific tools I need. For some reason payroll and benefits disappeared and so it's been annoying trying to track down where to put time-off.
