Rippling Pricing Overview

Rippling is very easy to navigate. You can view the time entries and edit clock in/out details if necessary. The paystubs are very detailed and Rippling support is readily available on the webpage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about Rippling. Just a slight issue when I downloaded the Rippling app on my phone but it's not a big deal because I was able to access Rippling on my phone using a web browser and on my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ETA - They are clearly ignorant on matters of insurance. They arbitrarily refer to their plans as "Platinum" (commonly 10% co-insurance) when they're clearly modeled on "Gold" (20%), as "PPO" when they are "POS" (not my choice of phrasing, but a legit initialism for a different, less-robust type of plan). Their folly here leads me to believe that they are also ignorant on matters of the law, perhaps violating the ACA in their choice to rachet up premiums for us based in part on our "usage"--as part of a larger group, are they allowed to single us out? And where in this HIPAA-defiant world do they even GET this information??--But being a cheapo service, Rippling is probably still less expensive than the competition.

And we get our money's worth.

There is no support for employees. I can't talk directly to Rippling. It just routes back to our single HR rep for the startup. Their benefits plan is terrible and they don't understand any better than we do the difference between "PPO" and "POS" health plans. Moreover, their provider just went out of network with the monopolistic medical foundation in our state.

They put out a lot of feel-good press about their funding when SVB went under. I view this as damage control. They're not a mature company and neither is mine for choosing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
