Ripping has been great for many reasons, but the biggest is ease of use. I have been able to find answers to questions that I needed answered very easily. If I need to make changes like I'm moving across the country, it's very easy and straightforward to do. The interface is so easy to use and easy to understand. I wish that Ripley would show pending paychecks in advance like some other HR companies I've used, but that's my only qualm Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rippling provides a cross of both meaningful functionality and ease of use. A lot of my client onboard through Rippling and it takes a very short amount of time for them to set up their account and walk them through the functions of the app verbally. Everything is very organized and can be used by anyone. Rarely have connectivity or integration issues, but when I have the customer support has been reactive quickly. Rippling has such a good user-friendly interface. It's easy to use and you can always spot what you want. It's filled with useful and interesting features. Also, I feel rippling is such a secure platform with all the 2-factor verification and authenticator integration. I have never faced any problems while using Rippling. Everything about my experience was easy – from entering bank information to submitting the details of an invoice. When my workplace announced they were moving to this system, I was so worried.
