I think the best part about Rippling is the User Interface. I find that when I am using it, its very easy to naviaget to find my payroll infomraotin, or get forms that I may need for stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the only downside to rippling, is that it does not integrate your health insurance infomration in the system. As in, when I want to access that, I have to input a very long specifc code from my health insurance, and input that in Rippling, to be able to access it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the user portal. Everything is available right from that location. It is laid out in a very simple fashion. You can easily understand your entire program. Being customizable is wonderful, but I do wish there were preloaded employment options for archiving an individual who is going on a leave of absence so my reports don't show them as active without needing to terminate them.
