Our team has been using Rippling for over 5 years and I typically use it at least once a week. I have been super impressed by how easy it is to submit/approve time off, update payroll details, and access important documents (like W2's, etc.).
As a small business that works fully remotely, it has been so nice to have such a smooth experience with this. And as a bonus, the "payday" emails that come through are fun and creative :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly don't think there's anything I would change. Super impressed by the tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

An intuitive, user-friendly interface that is easy for beginners to use and allows for easy tracking of progress Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find it inconvenient to use the Custom hours feature when creating a Schedule time off.
Currently, it only allows customization for the start and end dates, which is not very flexible. Let me give an example: suppose I have a vacation of about 7 days, but it includes 2 official days off. This means I’m actually requesting 5 days off, equivalent to 40 hours. However, when I select the start and end dates, the system automatically calculates it as 7*8=56 hours. I want to adjust it to match the actual 40 hours I’m requesting. Unfortunately, Rippling only allows customization of the start and end dates.
Why not enable adjustments for each individual day or for the total hours instead? I believe this feature needs to be improved to better align with real-life scenarios. Thank you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As someone who uses the Recruiting part of Rippling. I have been enjoying it so much. I used to work with different systems and once started using Rippling my work has become much more efficient. I can now always stay on top with my candidate reviews and modifying anything that I need within any new job requisitions that I open. Navigating through Rippling is very easy and it makes it easier and much more interesting to learn new things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As any other systems, there is always room for improvement. However, with Rippling I think so far there has not been any "big" things that need to br improved apart from some technical bits. Any issues that I have had, the Customer Service of Rippling has been very helpful and solved any problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an employee, I love how easy Rippling makes it to access all my work-related information in one place. Whether I need to check my pay stubs, update personal details, or enroll in benefits, everything is just a few clicks away. The mobile app is super convenient, allowing me to manage things on the go, and the interface is so user-friendly that I never feel lost. It’s great not having to go through HR for small things because Rippling puts the tools in my hands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike is that sometimes the notification system can feel a bit overwhelming, especially when reminders for tasks or updates come through frequently. It’s not a major issue, but streamlining those notifications or giving more control over them would improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Availability of App is the best thing i liked. Its always on the go. Presently all our HR transactions are taken care by rippling. Leave application, Check my vacation hours and it also holds all my pay stubs. App also fantastic as it takes care of every on my phone. I love using this application. All the features are well integrated. I use it frequently and it is very easy to use. Has a small issue with the application and contacted the customer support and they were wonderful. Before our company switched to Rippling, we used numerous platforms to handle/request PTO, review paystubs, and assess all the various benefits. After our Rippling transition, this is all in one place, which I highly value.
Rippling's user experience is pleasant. The platform is easy to navigate, and you can easily find what you are looking for.
With regard to health insurance, I especially value Rippling's integration with Rightway, a service that allows me to ask plan-related questions while I am in the process of choosing a healthcare solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is a minor criticism, but one symbol in my interface is irrelevant to me: "Refer a friend." Since this is only relevant to HR staff, people in other departments should not see it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rippling has been a game-changer for me as a remote team member working from Paris with a team based in the US. From seamless payroll processing to benefits management, Rippling makes everything feel like a breeze, even across time zones. The platform's interface is user-friendly, and it saves me hours every month, eliminating the complexities of managing HR and payroll remotely. I especially appreciate the integration with other tools my team uses, making collaboration and communication smoother. Rippling keeps me connected and fully aligned with my team, even though we’re oceans apart. Highly recommend it for remote teams looking to streamline operations and enhance productivity! Rippling is an excellent tool, though I occasionally find the platform’s navigation could be a bit more intuitive when locating specific settings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the categories present on the platform. The category icons are also arranged correctly. I appreciate the security features on the platform. I'm very happy to use the 2FA login because it is very secure. The feature I like the most on this platform is the Org Chart, as it provides details about every employee and the company’s structure. I personally feel that the combination of the header color and icons is good, but the overall body looks too white. If it had a slightly different color, it would look even better. I noticed that when I go to the profile page to get a response, it takes a little time, and during that time, we show two loaders. It would look better with just one loader. Also, when we hover over the profile page tooltips, the cursor does not change to a pointer; it remains as the normal cursor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can log-in, enter/request PTO, enter schedules, contact HR, view paystubs, reports, etc. all from one platform. Maneuvering around the site is super easy and intuitive. Editing or updating a time clock entry is also extremely easy and seeing the cumulative hours on several screens is helpful. I loved the more streamlined timeclock entry format you had prior to the most recent update. I could clock in from my computer or my phone easily. Just open up the app, click on "CLOCK IN" and I was done, then repeat the process to clock out later or take a meal or rest break during the day. Having everything all in one site with multifactor authentication makes doing one's job and finding information we need easy, streamlined, and safe. I do loev having everything in one place so that I don't have to log into multiple websites to do everything payroll or HR-related. I do wish you would migrate back to the version we were using 2 weeks ago that was much more user-friendly and easier to implement and navigate through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Prior to this week I had no complaints about Rippling and did not see any downsides to speak of other than it was more difficult to update a time entry on the phone APP than it was on the website version. This week there was apparently an update and now when I log in there is no longer a "clock in" button. There is a button that says work an unscheduled shift. At the company I work for we don't have 100% scheduled shifts. I work 40 hours a week, my coworker works 20 hours per week, but they aren't the same days/hours each day. It basically depends upon when the physician dictates reports. It used to be very easy to open the app and clock in or update an entry, but now I find myself having to search through several tabs and look for different language in order to figure out where and how to clock in or edit an entry, when it's not a weekday between the hours of 8 a .m. and 5 p.m. ALSO, there used to be a little button that showed we were clocked in. If we happened to forget to clock out we could always open the app, click on Time and Attendance and quickly see if we were still clocked in. No we have to open the app, click on Time and Attendance and if we've gone past midnight we have to then click on MY TIME to see if we are still clocked in and then figure out how to adjust it to clock out at the correct time. It's now much more convoluted and harder to work in both online and on the phone app. In fact, trying to use the phone app now takes more time than the website. I have to open the app, go to Time and Attendance, and then there's a blue bar saying I'm clocked in and the duration, but no button to clock out or add a break. In order to find that section you have to click on the 3 dots below the banner and choose an option from that menu. Please take it back to the way it functioned prior to this update. Many people don't work set shifts and this is just making more work for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Rippling for a few years now through my employer and have enjoyed the seamless ways to input my time and look through benefits as well. I like to be able to go back and find and filter paystubs as well. I use it daily because it's so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Personally, Rippling hasn't had any major downsides for me. I feel comfortable using it and it always saves my place which I enjoy. Sometimes including the break/meal time could be a feature that can be saved ongoing especially when they see it being used the same way but other than that no complaints.
