Before using Rippling, for each and every leave or work-from-home request, we used to send out an email to our managers. Then, at the end of each month, we used to request approval of our attendance confirmation via mail. This was a time-consuming process. After the implementation of Rippling as our HR and management tool, it streamlined our process. I just have to apply for a leave or work-from-home request via a time-off request, and that's it; it gets recorded in the system, and my count of remaining leaves or work-from-home days gets updated accordingly, and the HR can track our leaves accordingly. The one thing that I dislike about Rippling is that each and every time I have to use the app, I have to enter my email ID and password and then the authenticator OTP again each time I want to use the app, even though I previously logged into the app with email and password. If we have logged in to the app via email and password already, then entering only the authenticator OTP should have been enough, but we have to enter the email, password, and authenticator OTP again each time we want to use the app. This really becomes a hassle sometimes. Rippling makes the ease of documentation for your job so much easier. Rather than having to constantly check back between employment documents, Rippling makes it easy for you to check your records and update them as needed. I think Rippling can improve the interface a little bit more to be accommodating to others. In particular the lack of a dark mode could be tricky especially when reviewing my records at night. My favorite thing is that it houses all the benefits and HR items that I need, in one spot. PTO requests can be submitted, Onboarding completed, employee training modules, benefits choices, I can see company information and employee roles hierarchy. These are the features I use most. It is easy to use and uses plain language so everything is easy to understand. Employees within the company find it easy to get onboarded and implement within our structure. Rippling has made managing my benefits, payroll, and company devices so much easier. The platform is really user-friendly and keeps everything in one place, which saves time and reduces confusion. I love how simple it is to access my pay stubs, update personal info, and request time off. I use it everyday, and it's a great tool that makes work-life a lot more efficient! We use Rippling for 20+ clients insurance benefits and the system is user friendly when setting up Open Enrollments and managing their benefits throughout the year. The system takes you step by step through the process with Ease. After open enrollments we are able to manage benefits and process requests with communication from the system. Rippling is great that is houses clients benefits, payroll, COBRA, time off and many other features.

Processes are made more effective and user-friendly by Rippling's automation and smooth integration, which streamline payroll, IT, and HR administration. When access is urgently needed, the slow authenticator login process can be inconvenient.I have to used the app very frequently to manage my work. Rippling provides a platform that is easy for HR to set up and easy for employees to use. Enrolling in my medical and other benefits took less than 1 hour. It looked easy to integrate into our company and meet the needs of both contract and independent employees. The heavy lift across a number of features that Rippling carries for our organization's business functions and the ease of use in which we can self serve with their customer support to find the information and answers we need on a daily basis. Rippling's advertisement and notifications can be a bit much but Rippling is very good about listening to their customers and always updating their products to make them even more efficient. Rippling has been super helpful in being a one-stop-shop for all of my corporate learning needs! I've used Rippling at multiple jobs, and I appreciate how pay information, company courses, and announcements are organized on the site. It looks clean; it's super easy-to-use. It's been easy to integrate with my Google company account and implement onboarding courses.
