Can make the interface more intuitive although it is simple and easy to use, it can benefit a lot from a more attractive user interface that gives the feel of a large enterprise UI and exudes more confidence in the tool. The HSA section is a bit confusing, as it leads to another site & it took me a while to understand what it was investing in and where the money I put into my HSA was going. Also, when clicking the box to go to the HSA site, it sometimes does not automatically log me in & my Rippling credentials don't work - so I have to exit out of the tab & reopen the HSA portal to log in. The App is user friendly- with one click of a button I can get into all the Payroll info and other details such as W2s or 1099s. It laid out my benefits with great detail but also no mistaking what I was choosing between. It's a great system and glad we switched from a more difficult system to navigate in Workday. I haven't experienced any downsides to the system yet- I signed up for the benefits online given through a link from my employer but don't see those all listed on the APP yet. Rippling has been great for taking our manual processes and streamlining them all in one place and removing the need to re-complie data for different purposes and needs. The multi location taxation is the initial main reason why we went with them, but their integration with Health insurance and 401(k) as well as the benefits management takes the guess work and messy excel sheets out of the picture giving me time to do all the other things I still have to get done. I think Rippling makes managing my HSA and benefits a lot easier. I used to go back abd forth multiple platforms just to track my HSA contributions.

One area where Rippling could improve is making customer support a bit easier to find. When I tried to reimburse my HSA once, I selected a closed bank account, and I needed help correcting it. It took me a little while to locate the support email by googling, which was frustrating in the moment. Rippling allows me to pull up my benefits and check my schedul on the go, from any of my devices. I use it frequently, not only to clock in with ease, but aslo to check my available PTO or recent hours. Customer Support is fast to assist and keep me integrated when I need it most.

I think that UI & UX experience being simple is a huge plus. These softwares can feel clunky and not very intuitive but Rippling is pretty straightforward and if you don't know how to do something you can easily find out by clicking around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If there had to be one issues I think it would be when requesting time off it's not very clear whether you're taking one or multiple days off. For instance if you want March 7th off you click an end date of 3/7 but if you want 2 days off you have to click end date 3/9 so it's like booking a hotel... you have to account for the morning of which can be confusing to some.
