This is a thoughtfully architected platform that is incredibly intuitive to the user. Rippling is also designed to grow with you, allowing you to add services as you need them such as corporate credit cards and bill pay functions to name just two of their many product offerings.

The best feature which I like is that I can add multiple bank accounts for Salary, and I can divide the salary into parts and I can configure such that which bank account will receive what percentage of the salary. I travel every week and the ability to receive automatic texts when I charge an item to my Rippling card and then be able to text a picture of the receipt back to the Rippling text and Rippling uploads the receipt and the expense details automatically is awesome! The downside is that if I have back to back meetings on a given day, the auto texts keep coming in and I'm only able to upload a picture of a receipt for the last charge I had. This is tough when I have multiple expenses during a day and cannot upload a picture of the receipt after each expense due to back to back meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rippling is extremely user friendly and even the animations that show up in your inbox when you get paid are like a mini celebration for your hard work. I enjoy knowing when my coworkers birthdays and anniversaries are. I use Rippling for Core HR needs and am able to quicky view my paystubs in the Payroll area and verify all of the HR security and Hipaa lessons I have completed. I was able to see all I had done and what was left to do when I was onboarding with my company. They make everything crisp, simple and easy to use. I was able to use Rippling to keep track of my PTO and see when it was approved it is easy to implement and I am provided with customer support as needed. I frequently use Rippling to see my paystub and to check on birthdays ahead of time if I already deleted the email and need a reminder. My company can easily send out tasks and surveys for me to complete. The home dashboard is intuitive and gives reminders on upcoming tasks. As a contractor, I need to fill out monthly invoice and the contractor hub is designed so that I can do that very easily. I have been needing to get a authentication code through email or phone every time I sign in which is inconvenient. I am not sure if there is something I can do on my end to bypass this like a "remember this device" function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is within reach. There isn't a complicated series of screens you have to navigate in order to track down what you need. It just makes sense.

The expense process blew my mind. It was so easy. My half-blurry pictures of receipts or noisy PDFs from an airline were easily read and ingested directly into the report.

Switching between admin and user accounts is a bit clunky, but I don't know if there is a way around that. If the devs slammed all my managerial features into my main account, the ease of use may just dissappear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my 20 year HR career, I've never come across an HRIS I liked... There were always issues and disappointments. I just started with Rippling a couple weeks ago, and I love it! It's trully an all in one, simple, easy, effective, comprehensive tool great for HR and our employees. And... a great support team at Rippling. It makes our jobs so much easier! Rippling I feel is a very intuitive software. I love how minimalistic the categories are and how everything is grouped together for easy viewability and functionality. I also really like how when you request time off instead of opening a new window it simply is a type of pop-up that lets you quickly request days off without having to navigate the screens. Rippling makes work a little bit more fun for me. It is easy to use via our SSO, and I log in several times per week. I love the emails I get on payday that have so much creativity added to them. The dashboard is user-friendly, and we've never had any issues with Rippling when it comes to time off requests, reporting, or approvals. It's a great tool, more modern and sleek than the million other systems I've used over the course of my career. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to enter the current century and show their organization that work-related requests and training don't need to be dry and boring. It's not necessarily something I dislike, but I would suggest that the Rippling team have more control over organizing how my time off requests look.
