Unless you are using Rippling's full suite of products (Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, etc.), there are some roadblocks that do not make it easy to integrate with external systems. What I like best was what I like least as well. I accidently deleted my authorization app from my phone and even with my personal ID code I could not access my account until I was given a whole new link from my employer. As a contractor at a technology companny I’ve had the opportunity to use Rippling, and I must say, it has been an invaluable tool for simplifying the management of my work tasks and benefits. Rippling is an all-in-one platform that centralizes all administrative aspects, and as a contractor, this has saved me a tremendous amount of time and effort.

What stands out the most about Rippling is how user-friendly it is. Whether I’m updating my personal information, checking my payments, or managing my health benefits, everything is in one place and easy to navigate. This has made the onboarding and administrative process, which can sometimes be cumbersome for contractors, incredibly smooth.

Moreover, payment management is incredibly efficient. I receive my payments on time, and thanks to the platform's transparency, I can review my payment history and see detailed breakdowns, which gives me great peace of mind.

Overall, Rippling has been a fantastic solution that has improved my experience as a contractor by making the administrative aspects of my work much more accessible and manageable. What I find very useful about this application is how I can look up my company and how it lists everything about my company address, my manager, etc. Also, being able to backtrack to my older pay stubs and being able to access my W2, and other important documentation under the documents tab. What I love most about Rippling is that it’s a one-stop shop for everything business-related—payroll, employee management, and more. It makes handling HR, IT, and finance so much easier by automating tasks and keeping everything in one place. One downside is that some features can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users. There’s a bit of a learning curve, and certain customizations require extra setup. Since we are new, of course we are going to reach hurdles that invovle maybe changing structure or flow within the coming months, or years.

I love that Rippling is user friendly for all users. I jumped right in using Rippling and I haven't had any issues thus far. I personally feel as though it's been an easy transition.
