What I like best about Rippling is the credit card management feature. I can easily view charges and update my receipts by email or by taking a picture on my phone. When I’m traveling for business, I simply take a picture of my receipt and upload it via the Rippling app—it’s incredibly convenient!

I also appreciate the PTO scheduling feature, which helps me keep track of my hours.

Navigating the UI is a dream. At my last place of employment, anything that had to do with more clerical aspects of the job was complicated and extremely difficult to locate. Rippling made it all simple. Integrating this into my experience has been a breeze, and i use it quite often to figure out holidays, pay, and my organizational structure. I've used Rippling as an employee, and I use it a lot now as a contractor. And honestly, it's been nothing but refreshing. The usability is effortless, the design is modern, and the brand personality is memorable. The minimal, concise copy and soft, relaxing colors also make it all quite approachable and not stiff or intimidating whatsoever.

As for the features themselves, everything is highly intuitive. Whether I'm tracking my time or grabbing a past paystub, everything about the interface is logical. Everything is exactly where I expect it would be. This is a critical part of UX that, for whatever reason, few companies do well at. Thankfully, Rippling clearly put UX front and center during development.

I sometimes find it frustrating to make schedule change requests or ask for time off. This is because I have had issues with dates when trying to add a half day. It’s easy go find what you’re looking for. Actually, what makes it stand out is the comparison with the big players like SAP or Oracle that are often loaded with arcane implementation language or look like the adapted something like an Inventory Management system to absolutely everything. One would expect that a do-it-all HR platform would have some weak points. Coming from other systems, I expect frustration as the default experience.

I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop - most apps this slick run out of VC funding eventually and start looking for ways to milk customers for engagement or data. The thing I like the most about Rippling is how easy it is to navigate. Ive been using Rippling for a little over a year now and have found it very easy to use. Everything is very clearly labeled and takes you to exactly what you clicked on. The options on the main home page are greatly catagoried. I really enjoy how easy it is to view the timeoff accumulated time and put in time off request. The break down of you rpay is very easy to understand due to the use of a graphic pie chart.
